Horrible experience heard from this hospital since years. I have never seen any patient in critical condition come out alive from here. The hospital is very money minded, the staff is modest and nice as trained to. This hospital can suggest unnecessary tests and treatments especially if you have mediclaim. Insurance companies should Blacklist this hospital.

Good hospital with very skilled doctors and staff,The treatment cost is very pocket friendly as in terms of pune & lavish hospitals near by area

Good experience with doctor's but the worst experience with general (G) ward senior nursing staff, not have sense/ manners to talk with relatives as well as patient....
Very irritating experience, it's kind request to Hospital management need to improve such worst staff by giving training of how to talk with patients and relatives.
Staff is not co-operative.

I had an intricate pelvic surgery which lasted for 4.30 hours.I was operated by Oncosurgeon Dr Saurabh Mohite and General surgeon Dr Arun Fernandez. Indebitedly greatful to both of them , they are highly talented and skilled surgeons at PHRC. Thankful to Dr Sanjay Mutha anesthesia administering experience was not that scary as it thought to be. Lesson have learnt absolutely trust your doctors and don’t question them on the doubts you collect from Google reviews.
Best patient experience by the staff at K ward. quick response to patients call is so admirable
The TPA counter was quick in processing and assisting me in my insurance
The only cons is the ward lobby is noisy and disturbs the patients

I am journalist from pune city....poona hospital gives very bad treatment, all staff are not educated about medical filed, and most important the mediclaim staff are uneducated, my relative has admit for endoscopi and they charge for the 81000.....i mean this is jock....and they claim for 81000....and my question is how insurance compnay will pay?to these uneducated poona hospital staff....this is totally....लूटमार....

They have not gives any treatment asking always money...money money...money....and after insurance company dined to pay cause they charge 81000 rs fo nothing...the single tabulate they not given us, for 2 days they are charge 13000 nothing do any treatment, if we ask about treatment they are educated very well how to manipulate patient.

Hospital service is good and has experienced staff and well trained in emergency cases and also soft spoken. Any type of emergency🆘 staff are quick and they transfer immediately to emergency room without wasting single moment.

My wife admitted in this hospital on 16/01/2023 at1600 hrs Kward room no 176 a special room.
Observations
1) Hand towel and small bath soap were provided next day.
2) No handwash solution available in patient washroom, totally unhiginic.
3) Food plates were washed by sanitory attended and in patient washroom only with water and no dishwash were used
4) Food quantity is very less, if patient needs some extra food he or she has to wait for atleast 30 minutes.
5) Coffee is not included in special room charges, patient needs to pay 60 rs extra.
5) No hot water available in patient's washroom, staff nurses and attendent was not aware from which tap hot water is flowing.
They just opened the tap and for 30min it was on.after that little warm water was available.Its a huge wastage of water .
6) On 16th evening attendent came in the room and told that Xray मे जाना है.
But she took patient in 2d Echo department. Technician of 2D was unaware.She checked with floor staff and it was understood that patient has to go in Dr Bapats OPD.

Centrally located Hospital having almost all specialty treatment facilities. Patients' admission to allotment of room/s and basic evaluations and treatment started without hassle in almost an hour and half.
