Best hospital in Pune. My father had heart bypass surgery here and all facilities were amazing. Doctors and other supporting staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Hospital has maintained cleanliness. We are really greatful for hospital management for maintaining this hospital. My father is getting recovered now so we are thankful to hospital for treating him 🙏

I had my medical Test for Canada ICT Work permit over here. The appointment was scheduled at 9:30 AM.

Tip for quicker appointment date.
Check the availability both via call and email. Select the earliest date and earliest time in the morning.

You need to carry all the docs mentioned in appointment confirmation email.

Reach to the medical Center before 10 mins.
Make sure you write your details on your passport copy with the payment method.

Keep doing the follow up with the sisters/nurse and the counter. If some test has long queue try to attempt another test for this check with the staff first. Eg if X-ray has long queue try blood test first. With this you can save your time.

The entire process took around 1 hour for me. I was out by 11 AM. Then they asked to collect the receipt and report after 5 PM.
For collecting the letter there was rush, it took around 20 mins to get the information and worksheet reports.

We experience great service in Pediatric ICU, best treatment , good staffs, Prudent doctors team, they are loving and so serious towards there work, we acknowledge service of nursing team as well, they sensibly follow treatment protocols for our child.

Recent stay at Ruby Hall was a great experience of quality medical treatment and support. Felt very much safe under a team of expert doctors while undergoing surgery and post operation treatment. Would really help patient if internal coordination within nursing staff is improved so as to better respond to the need of the moment. Otherwise all support staff is very caring and courteous. Very much Thankful to SR4 staff for providing good ambience conducive for speedy recovery of our patient.

I'm not happy with the service provided by Ruby Hall; it took 6 hours for one X-ray to be done. It took almost 2 hours for billing. For report collection, they asked me to visit at 4 pm and give the report at 6 pm, where I had to wait for two hours. The staff is Excellent and cooperative. I strongly suggest increasing the number of staff for more flexible and hassle-free service.

Its one of the best hospitals in India and Asia. The doctors, staff and everyone involved are excellent, polite, extremely efficient. Its one of the cleanest hospitals I've come across. Excellent service. Work done immediately. Its a Class-Apart hospital. I would certainly recommend this highly esteemed hospital to everyone I come across.

Treatment in the Ruby Hall clinic is very good.
It has very knowledgeable and experienced doctors. Doctors are very humble and polite.
My son was admitted in the P ward where nurses are very hardworking and sincere. Others staffs of the ward are also very co-operative.
