Very Nice treatment

Hire doctor have vast experience in child consultation.
The doctor fee is increased from 300 Rs to 400 Rs, which is way higher for general people.

No doubt this doctor is best but, very poor patient management. I was standing there with my child for two hours only to enter the name. Then I left from there. The person who takes patients number entry just said we don't take your entry till doctor comes.
It's very common sense that if he takes the patient number entry, parents can stay with the child in the surrounding area and this place doesn't get fully occupied.
Doctor has to look into this matter because parents comes from different cities.

There are many things this hospital staff and Management could improve.

Patients Management (Taking petients in first come first serve basis)

Social distancing (During Covid-19)

Arrogant staff

Since this is a child care hospital there should be enough cooling in indoor areas.

As per our experience, a man (family members of mine) was sitting in hospital from 9AM in morning just to assure that when we bring our baby they take our number without waiting (we won't expect this in future ). We did so, as my baby was just 25 days old and wife having unrecovered stitches after delivery due to which she was unable to sit and wait in hospital with baby. But when we arrived, the receptionist made us wait for longer hours instead of sending us to doctor.
We understand, they have to handle many such cases everyday and it might make them act strict with patients but a little cooperation was expected in our case.

We went through this all as we trust the doctor and his treatment.

Doctor take 2.30 hours lunch break from 2 pm to 4.30 pm lol don't care for patient

Don't go to hospital in afternoon doctor take atleast 3 hours lunch break
