Staff is non cooperative if you need small things like room cleaning or anything else they hear after your 5-6 call.

One of the Worst hospital i have seen...if there is option for negative ratings then it's deserve.
Staff has no sense of humour,even they don't know how to behave with patients.At Night times there is no service for lift, Patient has to suffer alot.Avoide going to this hospital.

Disastrous for hospitalization and admission.

My mother was admitted in the ICU because of irregular heart beat (arrhythmia), and she did not recieve any treatment even in the ICU, all they said they did was "observation", and when it came to treatment they were supposed to give beta blocker medicines which they forgot. And all of this, the ICU for one day costed us exactly ₹10,500 for 17 hours only.
On top of that, the uncomfortable benches, no ventilation in waiting areas, lack of seating, elevators being difficult to get into, etc. are the reasons to avoid this hospital at all costs.

Dr. Shaleen Dhingra is the only reason why one should visit this hospital as he is one of the best doctors you can find because of his knowledge, experience and most importantly patience and willingness to memorize and understand a patient's medical history. He's truly outstanding.

But, a single doctor can only be a reason for a person to visit the hospital for consultations, never let or get anyone you know or care for hospitalized in this hospital.

Worst Hospital I have ever seen. Just avoid going there. Every one is extremely greedy there from doctor to the cleaning staff.After paying still they don't know how to talk with the paitent and their family. The staff inclusive of cleaning staff are worse. Even doctor are no exception to this. Please avoid going and see any other hospital in Jabalpur.

Utterly disgusting place to go for any medical care option. Arrogant doctors who holds information from patients and their wards. Careless staff, no regards for cleanliness as can be seen from photos. Cherry on top management negotiating over cost of surgical procedure for which we refused knowing the risk involved and better options as if they are vegitable hawkers.
