Poor Cleaning, Poor Hospitality, Poor Staff (under trained),
My 2 and half years old daughter is admitted since 9th Oct'19, During the treatment my doctor Mr R Rathore was on leave and I request to hospital management for guest Dr S Bhoraskar visit mean while Dr There's leave. but hospital did not responded. From past 48 hours no Doctor visit to check my daughter health improvements.

Over all poor services, Completely disappointed!!!

Worse staff especially Insurance department that girl miss Kajal....... Due to some emergency we need to discharge the patient immediately , Kajal was present there and saying i will not do that work i have to do my personal work..i will not approve and will discharge the patient after 2 days.

There is no fire exit available.
Here is only one stair available for normal and critical condition.
No filtered water is available.
Rate of medicine and charges is too much high.
Behavior of staff is secondary.

Worst emergency services duty doctor dont know how to give CPR. My mother was admitted for jaundice but got heart attack and the duty doctor don't even give cpr to my mother she died in front of us due to unexperienced duty doctor and staff they don't even give cpr just pat on heart for formality as they don't know how to give cpr. She was then transfered to icu but it was already late.

Worst staff and facilities. Don't judge them by the photos etc, it's the staff and facilities that matters which are really bad and unprofessional. For patients in ICU who need rest, the staff makes a lot of noise in the hall and if a COVID +ve case comes they take hrs to shift him/her from the general ICU(which puts other patients at risk) and when asked when will they shift their response is "kya sir ham bhi toh khade hein yahaan kya hota hai".

The facilities for attending family member of ICU patients are horrendous, there are rats everywhere.

We booked delux room but there was no geyser ,even the doctor instructed them to provide room heater but they didnt buzz and we have to ultimately purchase our own room heater and hot water catley.
The staff is good they respond quickly

Awesome experience, nursing staff is excellent and behaviour of nursing staff and doctors with patient was amazing. Special thanks to Dr. M. Khan for best in class treatment.
