One of the oldest hospital of the city. Initially, hospital, staff and all facilities were supurb but gradually the quality of this hospital decreased. That's why one of the hospital building collapsed before some years Now the new OPD department has been shifted from old to new building near to hospital which is very clean and systematic.

I went for vaccine my baby where one black colour lady nurse very misbehaving while asking questions by me regarding after vaccine how to take care of my baby. She thoughts l vaccinate child that much is sufficient. It's the duty of hospital management to have proper eye on management staff .they are just doing formalty in the name of government hospital.

Peaceful and quiet place. Easily accessible s for special people by road. Has satisfactory service and cost of service. Enough parking space for vehicles.
Needs upgrading and latest equipments for diagnosis.

Do not disrespect elders
Provide them with good service
Was very nice before but now no proper care and treatment is provided
Nurses are busy applying henna in ICU.
No one to take care of the patients
Very rude staff.
No proper treatment.
If you ever visit,just see the condition,only few people visit there nowadays.
ICU was giving the feeling of general ward
So what can one say about the general ward.
No proper treatment at all.
BHEL employees have put up lot of efforts to flourish it.
Please respect their work and them.
Provide them with the services the need.

Shifty washroom and no concern of hygiene. My grandfather was admitted and I had to stay there half a month almost, no concerns from doctors, the major doctor DO NOT talk to patients associates no reviews no feedback nothing absolutely nothing and they had common toilet for everything in an ICU where it would be littered all around and only one rest room would Functionally work which would be mostly occupied with the working staff themselves. Patient's who think they do not want to go better can go to this hospital surely.

This hospital was made for welfare and in interest of BHEL employees. But now it is just running like govt hospital, no sense of responsibility. Staff and doctors all are enjoying BHEL perks without doing any sort of work.
Failed management. When they can't serve the basics, you can't expect them to behave well to the patient or anyone else.

I have lost my dad during COVID second wave, and since that time we are struggling, and on top of that they make us feel like the services or benefits given to ex employee or his family is " bheekh" and not the right of the person or his family.

I don't even know whom to ask for help, just want to warn those employees who are still in employment, that one day when you will need assistance from these people they aren't going to help you either, so take some steps before it's get late to you too.

The Worst hospital I have ever seen . They have no manners to talk to old people all the trainy doctors have no manners all the senior doctors have no manners too. Pulmonary specialist Heart specialist Cardiologist all are very misbehaviour doctors. They have no manners to talk i don't want to name guys I lost my Mom because of that one doctor they forced me for every thing which I don't wanted to do. They have no manners. Only one doctor. Out of 10 only 2 would be better doctor there. My mom admited in ICU and now she is no more no proper care no proper response the staff doctors and other staff is worst. My parents worked whole life for Bhel and in return what they got nothing no respect no proper treatment. And still the same condition we are facing . Worst hospital worst doctors.

Good services for patients & well behaved staff & nurse & doctor but wheb you want a detail of your family member where she gone they are not able to tell ypu till your family member admitted. After admit they give yoi proper information.
