1. Even after taking a complete package for operation patient had to purchase dressing material.
2. Even had to purchase intracath and few medicines at midnight as got a reply it is not part of package.
3. My Child was given to me in bare condition not even a single piece of cloth on his body, I had to purchase it on urgent basis.
4. Lift is always stuck in between have to wait for ages for lift.
5. Only 3 Bowl of Sweet daliya that too without sugar nothing else. She was starving, my mother sent daliya.
6. Every time staff will remind you this is not in package.
Few things were good.
1. Cooperative staff.
2. Cleanliness
3. You can get fruits & something to eat from nearby stores
1- staff rude behavior & lack of staff
2- canteen itself think they work in 5 star hotels
They dont have time to make tea....
3- no communication between staff & patients
4- govt hospital are far better then this luxury private hospital...😑
Such a wierd atmosphere....
Advise:
Doors are too loud
Staff members focused only on critical patients
Staff lacks empathy and responsibility (not all)
Resources are shown to be in shortage (a white lie)
Staff shortage (not everyday)
Nurse telling to bring more items as mediclaim (ill mentality)
Support holders in washroom need to be tightened
Drawers are kept in a way that when door opens person using drawer gets hit
Nurses not serious for mediclaim patients (not all)
Pay attention to what patients eat
Canteen food too too spicy
Canteen can have more for family of patients
Nursing staff not caring which medicine given or not unless I personally started interfering
Medicines not given timely
Had to purchase some medicines from outside (nurses kept on reordering the same medicine despite unavailability)
Pros:
Dr garvit, night duty doctor, archana nurse and one noon very young doctor all 4 very very responsible and caring.
A good hospital in the area
In terms of facility, I'll rate it 4.5 out of 5.
Hygenic- 4.5 out of 5
Canteen - 0 out of 5
Cost wise - Somewhere they looted people and I am agree with that.
Nursing Staff - Shivani Bachad, Manju Parmar, Bhavna, Vandana , kirti, teenu . Best of best.
Lastly, I am thankful to all staff and doc who saved my mothers life.
Lack of ownership-
Lack of attentive Nurses and Duty doctors
Lack of Documentation with missing details on Medicines provided
Lack of proper infrastructure which can handle critical illness.
Team is not experienced or trained to handle any critical illness
Staff tells you lies and doesnt give transparent information
Due to Negligence of this hospital we have lost our Father. please stay away from this hospital.
