Every service is top class. No issues at all. Great hospital. I went to different hospitals in the city but vishesh Jupiter is the best. The staff is both technically and behaviorally perfect, they take complete and sincere care of the patient. The cleanliness and hygiene is very well maintained. I am here for my dialysis from two and a half months, the hospital is excellent with premium facilities and reasonable charges. genuine appreciation and five star rating.

It seems to be a new hospital. Very neat and clean. Crowd is not much. Services are good though a bit costly but hospital staff is good and highly co-operative.

When I first entered in the hospital it didn't look like a hospital itself. No waiting lines, no smelly environment, no noise, no garbage. Hospital is very clean and tidy with good parking space and also you will be guided by the staff standing at each floor and every corner of the hospital. They will assist you. I must say the staff is very respectful and humble. I want to mention few names who helped me throughout my hospital stay and treatment.1) Dr Ashok Laddha (Gestroenterologist) The best doctor in his specialisation. If you have any gastric problem I highly recommend you to see him. Do not even rethink. Dr laddha is very experienced and efficient doctor. i am too young to make any comments on his work. I feel lucky that my family dr mrs khatod recommended me dr laddha sir. 😊 2) Ms. Nikita Purandar- (Admin department) She is a lovely lady with full of energy and is very supportive. She helped me a lot to book my appointment with the concerned doctor, and also answered all my queries with patience and smile. She checked on me all the time and asked me about my health and other issues if I have any. She is really hard working and ambitious woman. 2) Ashwini (Admin) She attended me every time I asked her to. I spoke to her on call before I admitted to the hospital. I asked her many questions about the full procedure and protocols of the hospital. And Now when everyday I visit vishesh she greets me with smile and ask about my health also provide appropriate guidance and admin help. She helped me
from admission to discharge.4) Brijesh Sharma &Vishal Kushwaha (Nursing) They were so caring. Again from the admission to discharge they took care of me, maintained my health report, checked my bp,o2 level, temp twice a day. They gave me my medicines time to time. 5) Manisha Patel, Saraswati, Manisha A.( house kreping) They maintained hygiene, kept my room clean. changed bedsheets time to time. Manisha P she took me for walk and walked with me so that I could not collapse. Manisha A dropped me with my luggage to the main door at the time of discharge. 6) After my discharge I regularly come for dressing. Kailash sir (endoscopy) does my dressing. He cracks jokes and distracts me during my painful surgery so that i dont feel the pain. He is Very good and polite and answer all my queries and explained me about the do's and donts to recover ASAP. 7) Vinod sir and Sonali ji at radiology dept helped me with my tests and sonography. Other than this I loved the quantity, quality and taste of hospital food. BF, Lunch, Dinner and snacks are given according to the patient's recommended diet. Overall experience is very good. Highly satisfied. Five star rating from my side.

I chose Jupiter Vishesh hospital for the knee replacement surgery of my father. For such surgeries not only the doctor should be the best but also best post operative care is equally important. Vishesh Jupiter hospital met all my expectations well with all the modern medical facilities and well trained staff. They have a very polite and diligent staff working efficiently for the well being of patients with a warm smile. All the bedside assistance was excellent. I would like to thank everyone from doctors to nursing and house keeping staff there for making our stay hassel free and comfortable. Food is also of very good quality, I would specially like to mention here my father is Jain and they provide Jain food also. Overall it was a satisfactory stay. We got admitted here twice. It's a wonderful hospital. At all levels they are perrrrrrfect. Easy admission process, excellent doctors, trained nursing staff, good floor service, fresh meal, good dietician. What else can we ask for during hard times when we are sick? Please maintain this level.

Vishesh jupiter hosoital is one of the best hosoital in indore with advance facilities, good infrastructure, and service every staff is very well trained either it could be lower staff, nurse duty doctor. Every one is very well behaved and educated for there work. As well as they help patient for fight against there health issues very motivated staff and services

I brought my wife here for maternity.
-Best NICU in indore with nominal charges.
-Best of the doctors, specially Dr. Mohta and team in paediatric division.
-Nurses, housekeeping , admin staff is very good. Canteen is as well good
- Charges are slightly above average , but you get best in class what you need and search of.
-Only the issue is cashless facility which is not available since the hospital is newly setup, hope to be available in near future.
-Rooms are very spacious and with latest equipment.
