Best hospital I have ever seen at jabalpur. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Smt Kusum jain, Dr Komal jain ma'am and her team for her tremendous efforts for their patients.. They are quite enthusiastic and fully dedicated towards their patients. .Therapeutic care by all the physicians as well as staff nurses. N yes, How can i forget the workers, they are so loving, they do their work sincerely and focus to maintain hospital contamination free. It is quite reliable hospital with modern facilities, consultation & treatment.
Excellent service according & need of the patients.

My personal experience with KJ MEMORIAL hospital has been a wonderful journey, the doctors, nurses and support staff have been very helpful right throughout the journey. My relative has been a patient of KJ MEMORIAL Hospital for chronic disease..After coming to KJ MEMORIAL Hospital, we felt we could assess his condition better and thanks to the wonderful team of doctors and the people involved my relative is keeping good health.. :)

I live in Bangalore and had to come down to Jabalpur due to Covid- at my in-laws for my delivery. I didn't want to come to Jabalpur thinking that I won't get any great doctor or any hospital with latest technology. One of my husband's friends recommended Dr. Komal Jain and KJ Memorial hospital. To be sure that I would want to travel to Jabalpur and consult Dr. Jain, I had shared my medical history/record with her on the phone. She was ready to take my case and then I sceptically decided to come down to Jabalpur; however, I was still not sure. Once I reached Jabalpur, I met her and she changed my opinion. The way she handled my case and took care of me was commendable. She was available 24/7 on phone or the hospital. I had a c- section and on the day of delivery I was very scared but trust me she made the entire surgery easy for me. She is an amazing doctor and an amazing person. While my stay at the hospital- KJ Memorial they took proper care and attention... The hospital staff, the nurses (especially- Sister- Mercy, Zarina, Pinky), they took good care of me and my baby as well. Incase anyone wants to visit KJ Memorial please go for it. Thanks a lot once again to Dr. Komal Jain and Dr. Kusum Jain. Lots of love ❤️ from me and my little princess.

I was consulting at this hospital for my pregnancy in the year 2021. I had a very bad experience due to multiple reasons.

1. I was called for routine checkup every 15 days. One of the biggest hospitals, Apollo Cradle, calls the patients once a month.

2. There were 5-6 daily tablets prescribed to me. And they were changed after almost every consultation. Only the manufacturer of medicines was changed, components remained effectively same.

3. The PEDIATRICIAN was the worst part of this hospital. They don't have a in house pediatrician. We were not introduced with the pediatrician before delivery. After delivery my daughter was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. The doctor recommended me to admit the baby to another hospital as this one didn't have required facilities for babies. The children's hospital was one of the worst hospital in terms of hygiene. He had tie up with them, a patient recommendation program.

The children's hospital had a publicly accessible NICU, nurses didn't wash the utensils before giving milk to the baby. And the doctor didn't discharge my daughter even after a senior doctor recommended to do so. Because of hygiene issues, baby caught an infection 2 days after discharge and was admitted again. We chose a different hospital this time after asking some friends.

They say that they are the "BEST multi-speciality hospital", but a pregnancy hospital that doesn't have a NICU and an in-house pediatrician cannot be a multi speciality hospital.

Apart from gynecologists, all their doctors are on-call and most have their own hospital to take care of. They don't have full facilities if there is a problem with newborn baby. They recommend hospitals to which they have tie ups.

You are calling yourself “BEST MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL “ ,but sad thing is you don't have sonography test machine working.
Please note that patients expect these basic things to be present in the hospital .
Please get it fixed
