I went there to consult Dr Deepak Damodaran.. the nurse or attendant whosoever in charge of letting patients into the Doctors cabin was arrogant and she allowed patients into the cabin in her own priority not in the order of token number. She didn't even gave back my receipt so that I could see doctors in the casualty. I had to wait there for long 3 hours. Left there without consulting the doctor.

My dad has been a patient of Dr. Deepak Damodaran for over 7 months and I am happy with the good care and treatment given to him every time he was admitted. I must say, the management needs to look into having a well lit and airy waiting area for casualty and ICU bystanders, clean rest rooms especially on the ground floor, sanitizers at various points, better parking facility, and trained security personnel at the hospital gate.

Best doctors and specialist but very poor and slow workers in pharmacy.. 3 or more person in the section but one person medicin billing time 30min. Very bad...

Parking facilities available only for doctors. Only drop off and pick up facility available for patients.
A/c waiting facility available.
Not very systematic management of patients. I had an experience were I could not meet the doctor at the given time of appointment, infact it got delayed by hours.
If the doctors are not able to take OP appointments for a particular day, I recommend them to atleast inform before hand or make some other adjustments because making for the patients wait for 3-4 hours is not good.
Doctors are well experience.

First of all, Thankyou Lord for guiding me throughout my life, till this moment. I encountered Dr. Molly ma'am for the first time during my treatment days, and, surely, I haven't met such an inspiring character, a doctor who spreads positivity, encouragement, and kindness among her patients. I experienced the touch of God through the doctor's encouraging words and care. Thank you doctor for filling my heart with love and for gifting me a positive atmosphere. I'm also extremely grateful to all the theatre staff for your love, and prayers, and thank you for your special consideration. Special gratitude to Dr. Johnny, and Sr. Reetha for strengthening my mind for the surgery. The nursing team endowed me with a friendly atmosphere and the whole team was so excellent in their service. Thank you, everyone. especially Thankyou Molly ma'am for your special consideration during my hospital days.

In the lab , when the patient was waiting nobody came to ask anything instead people where talking . We pay money but doesn't get the proper response from their side .

One among the underrated hospitals around town.. The hospital is actually human friendly to begin with. It's always my primary hospital to go to if anything happens to me. Plus I went here more times than I have visited lulu or centre square 😂. Plus the staff are so nice. They take care of you like a kid. The receptionists are also very cooperative.

We were admitted c/o Dr P Shenoy in Rhumetology Dept. Doctor/Nursing care, Planned way of testings and treatments were too good (5 Stars). The only issue we faced was the sub-quality food supplied from the Hospital Canteen (Room service).
