Very good hospital . my experience i would like to share the dental doctor GS pradeep very good doctor for dental treatments and very less fess no more medicine and effective and good treatment

About: NSS Hospital, Pandalam. Could'nt find the list of departments and its doctors with their consultation timing anywhere! Your Website should show this information, but it shows only about Sri. Mannathu Padmanabhan! This is not going to help patients!

My native place is Pandalam, Just 500Mtrs to this hospital from my home. During 90's this was one of the best hospital in Pandalam region having highly experienced doctors and even perform critical surgeries there itself. But now a days due to the negligence from their management and staff the doctors are not up to the expectation. I am not citing commonly , very few experienced doctors are still serving there. At present Dr.Thushara ( Pediatrician ) is the best among few according to my experience. Hospital is located in prime location, If the management focus on the overall neatness and reliability they can change it to one of the best hospital in Pathanamthitta dist.

Comparatively better..

Patient's record keeping or the file management system needs a lot of improvement since it is not digitised yet..!!.

Due to this we have experienced issues during the consulting. Some other patient's file was given to the doctor instead of ours. This happened twice in a month. Also have seen the same issue for other patient's too.

A humble request to the hospital administration to pay attention on this issue.

A frequent visitor.

Worst Hospital... Poor reception staff. Very rude attitude. Also they are fighting each other infront of everyone. Doctors also not able to comment about the attitude of the reception staff. Not at all good. I will never suggest this hospital to anybody...

In the worst hospital. The behavior of the front office staff is very bad. Even at the cash counter, there is no change to give the balance. In this hospital with a large number of patients, there is a long queue even at the pharmacy, and there is no system to control this. Even those sitting at the cash counter do not even know what the payment is for.

It's really NSS management Handling Hospital ?
Some employee's behaviour are ok ! But not at all employees like this !
Low facilities are provided in this Hospital !..

Most irresponsible and Inhuman staff ever seen...no feelings for people...feelings only left for money.
My mother was bought to this hospital in a critical condition and they refused to give admission at that moment , she required oxygen support at that moment but the staff refused to give proper service or any support in this hospital. Due to there negligence and lack of proper support on time she lost her life.
If you can give my mother back then you tell me to call or reply back.
This is not acceptable.
Trust is lost.
On top of that they charged money for just checking her and wasted 2 precious hours.
Ridiculous management and people specifically during night time.
