KIMS Multi Speciality Hospital

We are happy and Satisfied KIMS hospital service.Specially we are very thankful to Dr Jefferson George He has done our mom's Knee Replacement before 6 months and Yesterday (25/10/2022 )Shoulder scopy..Mom's condition is good and she is very happy of his service. And Hospital staff specially nurses they are very helpful and good in nature..

Recently, we visited Dr. Reshmy R Pillai (pediatrics). Dr. is always professional and compassionate. She maintains a good relationship with people, takes the time to listen to me and explain things in terms I can understand. The hospitality was good from the standpoint of cleanliness and service provided.

We are on vacation visiting India from USA, my wife had severe shoulders down left pain fit which we went to KIMS Hospital ER. The service at this hospital was excellent by medical staff and Asha from public relations. Dr Shaban, Dr Pridyush and Orthopedic Consultant Dr Jefferson’s care and treatment were exceptionally good with significant relief in my wife’s symptoms. They were very caring and compassionate. We are very satisfied with the care we recieved at KIMS Hospital Kottayam and thank them sincerely ! We extend our thanks to Shinee and other nursing personnel .

My mother's knee replacement surgery was done at Kims Hospital in Kottayam by Dr. Jefferson George. This doctor is an excellent doctor who is extremely caring and considerate towards his patients. He is a genius at his work. May God Almighty always guide him and bless so that Dr. Jefferson becomes a light to many people s life. Also the care my mother received from the nursing staff is also highly appreciable. The caring, empathetic and encouraging behaviour of the nurses are extremely touching. Everything about the hospital is remarkable especially the canteen, administration, cleaning etc.

My mother in law underwent knee replacement surgery under Dr Jefferson at Kims Hospital Kottayam. Appreciate Dr Jefferson taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. The nursing staff were all friendly, efficient and caring. From the front office to the cleaning staff, all were extremely courteous. The overall experience with this hospital was very pleasing. Once again appreciating Dr Jefferson and his wonderful team.

The services that I receive from KIMS is excellent.This doctor is truly exceptional and completely at ease. Dr. Jefferson has gone above and beyond to be sure that my father's complete health and wellness have been made first priority.

He is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they were super speedy in responding by our inquiries. The office is inviting and his beautiful staff members especially Ms Asha(not sure about the name) are friendly and helpful in every way.The surgery (Hip replacement) was done on 8th Dec 2022 and today 14th Jan 2023,everything seems good. So far there is no problems and my father is started to walk without the help of Walker.
One suggestion is that ,try to appoint some more male staffs.

Truly, I would recommend this Hospital to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way.
