I went there with my grandpa of 89 years old. He was not responding well. Old age and dementia were the basic reasons of his fatigue state. A jr lady doctor in casualty attended the patient. Wrote a long list of examinations. CT Scan, X ray lab tests various nature and it was endless.
In fact, I heard the Sr doctor asking the jr doctor why she went for CT Scan. Moreover it was not easy to take CT Scan for his head was up above the field. That time I was called by the man who took CT Scan. I was told to hold the head.
In fact it was supposed to be done by them.
The man who stood there seemed to be an Asst was watching everything from a distance without doing anything.
It's common sense there was no need of CT SCAN and Xray and some other tests.
Within four hours the bill came to 12000.
Worst experience till the end.
The attenders did not help the old man to enter into the car. A lady helped a little. A man who came near to the stretcher did not help.
In short, bitter experience like a bitter pill had to be swollen..
No car parking space.
The guards behave rudely sending you away the moment you enter. We can't blame them the reason for their rude behaviour is lack of space.

Paying 10K more. Neither the services are good here. Better opt some other hospital.
I was annoyed when I learnt that a patient has to take a blood sample after being collected to there lab which is on fourth floor. They made me do there hospital clerical work. Like take the paper from one table to other. There in house jobs. Even if you are a in patient you still have to come down to pharmacy to collect your medicine and then go to your room and give it to the nurse
Never seen such pathetic customer care in hospitals in Kerala.
