I am very happy to share my experience in this hospital. I had a nasal surgery in this hospital. Am discharging today. Overall experience was appreciated. All the nurse and staffes are very effective and supportive... OT and ICU service was most powerful.. Regular visit of all follow- up doctors, nurses, staffs, PRO etc excited me and my parents.. My parents are also happy to share it. And all the nurses are take care off me as a daughter. This hospital was very nice and not a business minded. Thank you St Thomas hospital, management, all doctors, nurses, staffs, medications for giving a new face and new life to me.. God bles each of u🙏

I had a sebaceous cyst incision on August 13th. Done by Dr.Mini. I had a very comfortable experience and I felt so thankful to get such a humble, friendly and efficient surgeon.All the staff nurses specially the OT staff were so helpful and supportive. All the services ( reception, pharmacy and lab ) are very much appreciated. Proud to have such a good hospital in my locality. Heartfelt thanks to all of u.

My aunt (mariamma Abraham)were admitted there for total knee replacement surgery. We had wonderful experience. The ortho department Dr. Jayakrishnan is one of the best doctor i had ever seen. All staffs and managent are very dedicated and helpful. Heartly thanks to the whole team for your care and loving support

It was really a wonderful experience for me personally for the last four days, I underwent through rhinoplasty surgery and the team really done a great job including Doctors, assistants, nurses and all other staffs.Doctor Mathews PC is an experienced maxillofacial surgeon whom anyone can trust with.He has done the surgery very well .Whenever i need help they came to help me as soon as possible and did everything with much responsibility and especially the behavior of everyone is really good. For everyone in Malakkara and the surrounding areas, the hospital is a gift. In order to make the hospital a remarkable and elegant place where all common men might receive excellent care, Dr. Charlie and his crew improved and developed the facility. The warmth and the staff's interactions were excellent, and the nurses excel at providing daytime and nighttime supervision in their own clusters. All of the doctors are highly skilled and supportive of their patients. For an operation, I had gone there. I'd already sought treatment at other institutions for the same condition. However, Capt. Dr. Somanathan Nair, the hospital's surgeon, discovered the issue and provided prompt attention and quality care.
Also the PRO department was very supporting as they checkafter all our welfare in the hospitals..

I had a very bad experience in this hospital recently, especially I want to mention dr geogy Koshy ,whome I cannot call him a doctor atleast .
Atleast as a doctor they have to understand the situation of parents .
Instead he started making fun of my situation.
I please request the management, if at all u don't wanna handle peadiatric cases ,please do mention at the time of registration but kindly don't make fun of the worst situation which the parents go through while our kids are sick
Hope the management understand my situation .
On the spot I thought of spea to management but due to lunch time I cudnt find one .
