One of the best hospital with dedicated teams of doctors and staff. Extremely courteous and friendly staffs. Attentive to patients needs. The doctor handling patients is excellent and so soothing that the patient feels immensely confident about recovery. It was very positive experience since admission till discharge.

Best family clinic in calicut. The doctors, nurses each every staff is polite and smart. The hospital facilities are well n good, coffee shop, waiting lounge everything gives a good experience. Only problem is that there is not enough parking space, but the securities is managing it quite efficiently.

Experienced doctors... also nurses providing good care and support throughout ❤️, but the hospital canteen was waste they provide below average quality food...., in my view buy the food from some small hotels are situated behind the hospital 🏥 that's better than hospital canteen... neat and clean 👌 👍 cleaning staffs are are providing a very efficient service 👌 overall good service except canteen........

Nice hospitality, overall they have a proper system to handle everything. Rooms are neat and clean, staff are very supportive, most of the insurance company are providing cashless option here.

Pathetic appointment management. There is absolutely no point in booking an appointment! One of the most unorganised hospitals I have been to. The nurses themselves think they are all superior to doctors. Management is hopeless and biased. Your file may or may not reach the doctor’s cabin and you have to wait for hours (Waited there for half an hour for the token and then 3 hours for the doctor's consultation and after waiting all this time couldn't consult the doctor and I was the first patient to come) only because of the pathetic management by the staff. The hospital is one of the worst that I have ever come to. But they charge high at Rs.400 for the consultation like any premium hospital. Recommend visiting other hospitals in town for better service and care. Very bad experience with PVS and definitely do not want to visit again. No humanity shown not even basic things.
