I went here for my father brain tumor consultancy but came empty handed.

We went in queue (refer picture) from 9 am untill 1 pm and then we asked to go room# 911 which is around 1 km drom reservation area then some staff said there is a mistake then we came back and sit outside again untill 2.30.

And luckily, some doc gave us time. Now the worst part was doctor, we came from so far and waited so long empty stomach and initial line was "dimag ka dahi kar rakha h sabne" and he was full of arrogance and attitute. He just said go and get this PTA test done at Vyedehi we went in hurry and get it done and then we came back they said the next appointment is on Monday pls come on Monday.

Its really sad to see but i am huge follower of sai baba. Om sai ram

Best hospital i have been to. Very good service. No hidden charges. Everything is free of cost. Most importantly, the treatment over here is of a very high standard and there is no compromise on quality or need. All the tests are done free of cost. This temple of healing is what humanity needs.

Need to book appointment first over the phone and base on appointment date you can visit. Good environment, canteen facility also there, treatment also good.

If u have a surgery case then u should have 30 days in hands.
They took too much time to operate after a long treatment and admission procedure.
But it's OK for people who have not enough money .

Treatment is absolutely free here. Because of which lots of patients are visiting there. But they have maintaining rules and regulations strictly. There are good doctors who are continuously giving good treatment to all. Treatment process may not be so fast because of rush. Only thing is have to wait for proper treatment. Only one attender can go along with patient. Incase of hospitalization immediate family member is only allowed so please keep your Aadhar card with you. Hospital is very neat and clean. Place is very nice. There are canteen in the hospital campus where you can get breakfast, tea, coffee.
Place is near ITPL well connected with bus route.

- Was very disappointed to see an officer pacing outside the ICU requesting the attendants to donate blood and everyone refused. I request that if you have availed of the services of the hospital, kindly donate blood.
