Founded in the year 2000, Shirdi Sai Baba Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, a Unit of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal is one of the most important and advance Cancer treatment and radiology center in South India, as well as India. The Hospital is joint venture of Manipal Group and Shirdi Saibaba Cancer Care Endowment (SSCCE) Fund.
The hospital has excellent infrastructure with quality doctors from KMC

The PG students do not respond properly to patients, we are not someone who stay in the same city so when we call to talk about our problems, they usually procrastinate or avoid the calls or they ask us to call back later.
This is a highly unprofessional behavior because we as patients need proper advice and suggestions.

Same issues as KMC hospital. Good doctors, rude staff, security. Will not recommend it to anyone unless you want to experience 1st class concentration camp vibes.
Good doctors working here, switch to different hospital. I'm sure you'll get better compensation than what they are offering. If you are there for the brand, there won't be a value for that brand in the near future.

They said by chemo my chacha could get cure but after chemotherapy little bit cured it's better go for radiotherapy docter said, 1 month all day expect saturdays and sundays chacha took radiotherapy, after one month of treatment he gone 😞...

There is no parking space available in the hospital campus - one would have to be lucky to get a spot on either side of the main road.

1- Billing counter staff are very rude
2-they are not asking for discount cards or any other facility given by government or other organization
3 -changes are never available at counter not giving proper changes.
4-we had ayushman but they billed it in cash and they said it couldnt able to cancel once bill.
5-surprise to see such a brand hospital they dont have centralised billing which hold previous customer details.
6-each time we suppose to mention we have ayushman or other discount (seems they have datas but acts to earn money)
7)if you enter early morning also u will get oppointment post 11am
8-each day doctors having meeting so patients need to wait.
9-only doctors are well behave here
10-after checkup if injection adviced u need wait at pharmacy to get medicine how much crowd they may have they never bother only single billing system which make them delay.
11-after the medicine to get injection again need to wait for bed.. Nurses are feels like government servent.
12-some time in day care bed available also they will not provide if we ask we get answer that need permision to provide those.
13-after all these u will not get sufficient sitting area in this hospital.

If conditions are going like this forward definitely brand name is ruining by its administration.

Finally worst experience.

I Brought my father for Blood cancer and since last two months I experienced worst then ever. In all front they lost control. Nursing staff with over workload they do hard work but pressure definitely make poor quality of care. Bed bugs cockroaches are freely infect delicate cancer patient. Heavy antibiotic are given without explaining cost. Of treatment now bills are above my expectations. PG are in stress
No doctor are available in ward when required. Only Two Good doctors hold the strength up. Only Ayushyamaan Bharath card holders are getting services they don't ask questions
I don't think this hospital will run more time once Ayushymaan card schema ends. I got frustrated

Instead of Kasturba they should rename it as waiting hospital.. You have to wait for the consultation from the morning to evening.. Bad experience.. If you you have enough patience then only you can try.. Staffs act like government servents. Doctors are good as I see but less number per capita. That's why I gave 2 stars
