The Wards are Pretty Good.
Have Some of the Good Doctors for treatment.
As it is a unit of Manipal People Trust the Hospital.
It's Kept Clean & Tidy.
It's Under Expansion. Hope it because better in the time to come.

1. The Discharge Process is really Slow.

Good doctors but the worst management ever , wherein they charge Rs.300 to open your file and also make sure that you do not take the file along with you while leaving the hospital.Your file will remain with them forever and we cannot take a second opinion about our consultation.They are very quick and vigilant enough to charge you for every test at the counters, but then keep us waiting for more an hour to meet our doctors.

Very bad bad bad hospital all around the world......very worst watchman's....yesterday my brother small 9 month baby admitted to this hospital today I had visited there to see him....I am staff nurse at Udupi....the watchman's AR treated me very badly they were did not allowed me at least once for 1 mints also....I know that now visitors are strictly prohibited but they people are treated me very badly by using thirdclass language once I thought to put case at police station to him but I did not make like that because I am having humanity and manners ....I request to this hospital kindly I am requesting that plz take action on today's watchman' 2 members also ....and I decided to never come to this hospital 😡😡😡

Terrible terrible service. I have never seen any hospital with such a bad service for their patience . My 9 month pregnant wife had to wait for 5-6 hours for scanning, doctor consultation , blood test etc because of policies of giving separate tokens every time.
For example if you reach hospital by 8am you need to take 1st token ( can’t take token for other things )and make you wait you wait for 2-3 hours for consultation
If doctor says scanning needs to be done ( which you already know coz that’s why you went to hospital in first place ) you need to get one more token ( again wait for 3-4 hours ) and same process repeats for blood test or any other stuff you do there (3-4 hours again and wait 30 minutes again for report )

The staff don’t even care if it’s a pregnant lady or not and make you wait .

My suggestion for any anyone planning for delivery in this hospital ..A BIG NO .. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Worst hospital I have seen in entire mangalore / Udupi region .
Please note : the doctors are good here but it’s not worth losing your patience and anger for others .

Small 100 bedded hospital with services in Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, general medicine, spacious well maintained, pre NABH accredited hospital, managed by Manipal group, staff are cordially helpful

Very worst in billing section where cashier's think they own the hospital and they do not priorities who stand in queue long time. They allow other people to enquiry who get inside the billing section from back side, they will not know how to talk with patients. They command to people and very slow in generating bills and keep the file kon time without sending it to particular departments.
They made me to carry the file instead of pion, where the doctor waiting for file more than half n hour they kept the file without sending it
Other than billing section everything is good...
I would like to inform people who in-charge here kindly takes care of billing section

Worst service.... I came for pregnancy check-up. And doctor was so busy that he don't have time to talk with patient. They were failed to detect my problem even after 3 times of scanning, so i had miscarriage in the month of 5. Dr Sathish Nayak one who handled my case. Don't go to this hospital.
