Doctor is just awesome but management needs to be improved.

Worst staff and they don't have professional ethics and horrible experience.
They are not service orientated staff. Mr.Rudra gowda must provide some training to their staff. They themselves feel like IAS / IPS officers.

Please have some service oriented mindset.
