Horrible service.we have recruited one home nurse and they keep changing at the drop of a hat.they are untrained,and hardly work.repeated complaints also fall to deaf ears.absolutely worthless for the heavy money they are charging.

The experience with Octaplus was good. We wanted a caretaker for my Father who had suffered a stroke and the organization immediately provided a male staff as per our requirement. The staff was well mannered and knew how to take care of the bedridden patients. He was kind and gentle , took good care of my Father. Thank you Octaplus for providing help when we needed it the most.🙏
