Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing this feedback on the Pediatric staff at Chitaguppi Hospital, Hubli dated 11 Nov 2021.

Every Thursday, there will be a Vaccination drive at above said hospital and we have taken our 1.5 month old baby to get the Injection done and few things observed and written below:

1. There has been chaos among the patients as there is no one to manage the queue/crowd and one each of them are arguing about who came first to the queue.

2. ASHA worker who updated the card (Thayi Card) was a well behaved person and she did answer the queries that I asked her and I appreciate her patience.

3. The nurse who was giving the vaccination to the kid looks like she was in such a hurry that she did not even take basic care for the infant
a. She just pushed in the Rotavirus drops into Infant child and almost everything came out of the mouth
b. She did not clean the skin of the baby's thigh and arm where she gave the Penta and IPV injection. She gave an injection with just one hand and blood came out.
c. Behaviour was pathetic. She was very rude to the mother who had taken the infant with them.

Request you to please take necessary action and gain the confidence of the public.

My mom works there. Although hospital is very old, Doctors in OPD are very good and explain to you about diabetes and other diseases very nicely.

Also beside the old hospital, a new one is being built ( 1/9/21 )

I take RTPCR test to Monday 17/01/2022. Afternoon but the results are not come till now 20/01/2022. I ask to staff they told 48hr can take to come result... Now it's more than 48 hr result msg was not came. I didn't go to office also due to delay of RTPCR result. I call to hospital also they didn't respond . How can I contact them. Test result was very important to me aslo.. I take test many times but this a too much dealy.. pls take some action to solve this type of problem.
