My experience with this hospital, Dr.Abhijit, Miss Neha and the rest of the staff has been one of a kind. Mental health issues or issues like insomnia are openly talked about and solved step by step, slowly and surely to ensure it's properly addressed and dealt with. They were VERY professional and based on personal experience, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs such help !

As an Intern in Counselling at Prerana, was privileged to be learning under a great team of Psychiatry & Psychologists. For the patients: Dr. Abhijit & Dr. Venkatesh are exceptional in their field of neuro & Psychiatry. Senior Psychologists Mr. Gautham N & Mrs.Vidya Guru Prasad are exceptional with Counselling & Diagnosis. Hospital is well equipped with best of the facilities for IP & Rehabilitation services. Discipline, dedication, Connect to the poor & rich with equality, & the quality of service- the best in Mysore. For the Interns: A great learning experience with selective theories & case studies they provide. The only drawback is with the Fee as it's not fixed* & very fluctuating depending on the mood of the Manager, who can suffocate you during your stay. Rest is best.

Worst experience I had almost 3 hrs waited for doctor later I got suggested to get one more report where due to internet issue I took hardly 1min to make payment, but billing staffs were not ready to wait even for 1 min n told me to come at 6pm

Especially to be honest Dr Abhijit is well experienced and helped me a lot to overcome de addiction. Thanks to him, nevertheless Dr Neha and Dr Aishwarya were helpful. I was treated with utmost care. I sciencerly thank ICU staff also for their co-operation. Thank you very much.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on prerana hospital and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful

Doctors here are highly experienced and one can interact with them comfortably, They are calm and patient.The doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The hospital has been very well maintained and the nursing staff is really polite and humble.
