I DON'T WANT EVEN TO GIVE 1 STAR TO THIS BLOODY HOSPITAL.....

THIS IS WORSTER THAN EVERY OTHER WORSTEST HOSPITAL IN MYSORE...

The DOCTORS,SISTERS EVEN THE WARDENS DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO LOOK AFTER THE PATIENT...

I WENT FOR THE SCRATCHY WOUND IN THE LEFT LEG, THEY DIDN'T EVEN WASH IT PROPERLY AND DRESSED WITH DETOL SOLUTION N DID ONE ROUND OF TRANSPARENT BANDAGE AND ASKED ME TO GO HOME BY TAKING 1000 RS..

Better hospitals and services around the area are good. Many things don't work. No doctors available for most of the time

The hospital is Covid hospital directly maintained by Apollo BGS Hospitals. Few of the Nursing staffs are really good. But definitely hospital must improve interms of co ordination with patient attenders and cleanliness.
My Mother was admitted and the treatment was nice.

Key highlights:
Some of nursing staffs are really good . They are very well versed in assessing the patients with subjective experience.
Insurance, Billing and admissions are well organised with experienced associated there respective domain.
Almost all the process is digitised you dont need a physical presence for any of the process.
Security staffs are very good and professional.
Hospital dieticians are very nice and helped a lot with suggesting suitable diet for the patient considering their condition and history.

Problem areas:
Food will be supplied from Apollo BGS hospitals to this hospital which makes it cold (not hot)by the time it reaches this hospital.
May be some more care is required for the patients with existing disease. It would be grateful if the hospital arranges check up session with domain experts other than covid for the patients suffering with other disease( for example Gastro, neurologist etc)
Timings of duty doctor check up (rounds) is not consistent ( sometimes it will be too early or too late). This may be due to lack of doctors.
Hospital shall establish a well organised nursing station to report the patient status to patient attenders(since patient attenders are not allowed.

On the whole the hospital is worth for money paid.

Please consider this sincere feedback.

Thank you for your understanding!

It’s a reliable place to get the RTPCR or Antigen test for COVID19, but it’s the worst place when you’re racing with time.
I’d been there to get the RTPCR test done there yesterday, they took more than 3 hours to get it finished.
I was issued with the token at 8:45am and finally had to get the test done around 11:30am that’s too late than expected.
Staff here doesn’t know the value of time and they take forever to finish each and every billing and registrations.
The management is worst I’ve seen and there is nobody from Apollo hospital to handle the issue inspite of calling to hospital concerning management.
Overall, I would rate it 0-1 star for its cheap hygiene, manpower and patient management

Went there for Covid-19 RT-PCR testing. Took token around 7:30 AM. Arrive early or else you might not get token for the day. The testing starts at 9:30 AM and is pretty slow

Worst management of covid vaccinations. Senior citizens are being made to go back citing no stock, something like a government office. Complete mess.
