Worst experiance hospital infrastructure is not upto mark. There arent any Ramp and lift is not working have to wait to get lift repair till 3 hour to shift a serious patient from this hospital to reffered hospital till that patuent health becomes worst and worst. Due to worst planning and infrastructure this hospital will kill your patient. Even they know they dont have facility here to treat heart blockage they dont let you know till and unless you will ask 1000 times. they refer you only to raj hospital or pulse ranchi.

Very disappointing. Highly unprofessional team working here. We submitted the blood sample and they lost it. They don't have the traceability. We called in the hospital prior visiting they confirmed reports are ready, after reaching they were not disclosing that they have lost the blood sample after chasing several times tgey said blood sample lost. Pathetic.... Not recommended for serious issues specially they don't have blood test traceability.

Thanks to the Dr. Somya Jain and entire OT team for my successful complicated delivery . I am happy to come here for delivery from Kolkata. Service of hospital is good .

First thing doctors only visit for some time. No issues from doctor side. If your patient is in critical situation please don't go Hope hospital. Management is not very good. They take money and will give good response. I had my hope to Hope hospital becuse it was good hospital.

My mother was timely attended and well managed. Doctors and Hospital staff were helpful. I was very nervous when in mid night my mother complained of chest pain and visited 3 hospitals in Ramgarh but they refused the treatment but Hope Doctors timely managed my mother’s distress.
