Services are good, they maintain cleanliness. But the gynaecologist attends 7-8 patients at a time with no privacy.

There is no transparency between doctor and patient or even with guardian of patients. They don't say whole procedure and timing. The most shameless feel for the hospital and Dr. Nutan lal is that she failed in one procedure it is acceptable that you failed but it is not accepted that if you fail in one time without knowledge of patients or guardian you done same process again and create big problem for patients. Sorry for the comment like this for a doctor who made for serve people but I'm sorry to say that you deserve this comment. I request you that at first attempt do whole procedure carefully so that no requirement of same procedure again. We are human not a robot that you experiment on us which can ruin the life of one person.

I had also got very bad experience with Dr Nutan Lal Navdeep Clinic.
She is a very arrogant lady who never talks politely with the patient as well as the guardian.
Nurse: she doesn't have the knowledge to talk with patients and how to make them feel comfortable.

Navdeep clinic: this is very expensive for middle-class families so I suggest to everyone please don't come whether delivery patient or other issues.

Dr.Nutan lal is well qualified and well experienced but the ultrasound machine which she has a old technology/version.Its not giving accurate result.

Money making strategy only. I haven't seen normal delivery in my 6 day on hospital.
How you will be converted in caesarean delivery in a minute unavoidable moment.
They never share charges but my experience and bill as follows for caesarean because here no any chance of normal delivery

For patients

1. Consultation400
2. Ultrasound 1000
3. Doctor fee for Caesarean- 25500
4. Normal 2 bed room 600*5= 3000
5. 1000 per day for BP monitor min 2 day= 2000
6. treatment of patients cough = 1500
7. For blood sline apart from blood cost = 2000

Total patients treatment fee= 35400

For baby-
1. Doctor fee for baby treatment- 700
2. If baby is normal for one hour heater charge- 1000
3. If Oxygen required 200 per hour
4. For vaccination of hypothesis 400

In Normal situation baby fee 2300

Total doctor fee 37700
Lot of begging nurses and doctors unavoidable 2000

Total without medicine 39700 in normal situation
Total medicine cost about 16000

Final if disease is normal 55700

For information of visitors it's my expenses it may be Increase if situation is not healthy.

Pathetic facilities-
Water purifier was not working
No card swipe machine
Not any food from hospital side for patients
No possible in hospital for warm water used for baby feed milk 🍼
One blanket provided in two beded room
No facilities of wheel chair 💺 for movement of patients on release date.
Patients will come hospital by own feet but they discharge on stracher like dead body is really shameful for hospital.
No proper Bill

Charges are on each step which was not prior explained.

I like to share the moment of visit intimated to hospital staff and nurses they replied no matter for your review.

Most pathetic experience I ever had. Dr Nutan Lal, Gynecologist is so rude, she took 1 hr juice break and long list of patient kept waiting. No covid protocol being followed, all are sitting without any mask.

When I said all this to doctor, she started yelling back at me like an ill professionals jack. I took my fee back and said a goodbye.

Very unprofessional behaviour of Dr Nutan Lal, she finds time to fight with customer but not to consult them on priority. She keeps everyone waiting just to show crowd in the clinic. I think this is a very failed approach to get publicity.
