TMH - Tata Main Hospital

I have a very very bad experience with Tata mai hospital, while the treatment given was ok, they drag the entire treatment process so much that it becomes frustrating for the family members and so tiring for everyone.their entire treatment process is so slow, we don't get proper response from doctors in time, probably because it's free for employees they take it for granted(doctors specially). We have left our work in cities and come to take care of my father who's admitted in TMH, it's been 3weeks we are not getting proper visibility of treatment or when he can be discharged. The doctors also make sure the company's resources can be wasted and are in no hurry to treat patient in time and ensure he can be sent home if it's really not required to keep the patient in hospital. It's a waste of time, effort, patience an lot more. Hope the TMH management understands how mentally stressful it is for a family where kids are outside and they come here and want to see timely treatment of their loved ones. If it was a private hospital the behavior would have been complete different, at the same time please understand nobody wants to stay in hospital just because it's free:(. It has been such a pathetic, stressful experience with TMH, very sad to say.

Rude insensitive staffs and nurses.The administrative staffs are such that they would never even bother to answer your queries.Iwould especially like to name two staffs Ashok Dubey n his assistant puja in RMO's office who thought they are doing me favour by getting the insurance claim form signed within 24 hours.
Thankfully, the RMO intervened and I got the papers in time.
Doctors are good and helpful.They help the patients.
I hope Mr Ratan Tata and TISCO administration looks into this. The staffs behave as if they are doing some charity . Please tell them that their existence in the hospital is because of the patients there.

The Soul of legend Sir Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata and JRD will cry if see the existing worse condition of TMH which is deteriorating day by day. Mgmt and TMH staff are completely ignorant... people are crying for huge burden of medical expenditure and staff inhuman behaviour. ICU bill for each day goes to 30 K & more excluding medicine. Poor and needy is not eligible for treatment in this hospital. Nurses are not equipped with services but meant for duty only. Attendant is for everything, do as your own, don't expect any help. Security guard are fighting everyday with patients family members...seems routine job. Now it's up to you how you can rate and expect TMH services ?

The security incharge Mohit Pratap Singh is so rude and even threatening the family members of patient when we approached him to complain against one of the guard. I was denied entry even after having a attendend pass, My patient was left unattended all this while, patient's age is 85, action should be taken against Mohit Pratap singh.

Goodwill in name of Tatas is a hoax. If this keeps happening it will deteriote further. This is a case when my family members have itself served Tatas in various capacities.

Good hospital good facility's but very costly

Treatment is Good,proper Maintained, Dr. Also give Good response.
But another side something Should be change
1. Admission advance charge is very High for cesarean delivery still i have Cashless Mediclaim. It should be rectify.
2.Insurance Desk TMH very weird...Very Bad Experience..Every Time they are trying to Dealy to make Discharge Paper.Due to his carelessness I was stayed Extra one Day...
I will not recommend to Admit this hospital specially if you have Insurance.

Most dengerous hospital in the world , I have seen . Don't admit here . I will promise you , how to make you abnormal soon. Hospital authority did torture me everyday . I admitted there for fever. But , within 3 days, they started tortured at night when my family was not present there. Never admit there with mediclaim.

Tata authority, kindly take an action against them . Otherwise, they are destroyed the human life.

By far the worst hospital you can think of. We all think of trust when it comes to brand TATA, but it is a big joke.
It is actually way worst than Govt hospitals these days. Where do I start, everything is so bad.
Especially if you have insurance don’t ever think of coming here. Just because they don’t want to work after 1pm means patients will suffer inside this bloody circus for I don’t know how may more days despite doctors recommending for discharge.
It is like they don’t care at all.
Also TATA has intentionally created a different firm naming Meherbai…. for all the tests like MRI, CT scam etc & take money despite having cashless insurance. I guess this has to do some kind of tax fraud.
I would say com here at your own risk.
