This is first time, I had chance to get in hospital due to my father treatment.

Process was smooth from emergency to get IMCU department.

My father was admitted based upon Dr Kunal. He explained all in detail from treatment medicine to test

I also want to give clap for dr. Himanshu Arora for medical suggestions provided for my father condition. I love the way he explained and it is heart touching.

Let start with IPD: Nice staff lady, soft spoken.
She mentioned all detailed information for admission.

Emergency: all are well educated and change way of communicating depend upon patient understanding.

IMCU:
Security personal have maintained order to allow only one person at a time.

Bed manager: I do not her name. But she helped to get single room for father in timing manner. I do not know , how she able to manage so many phone ringing at same time?

General ward:
No issue in this department. Room was clean and well arranged. All nurse are soft spoken and understand issue faced by patient.

General rule: please treatment all Dr. And nurse as human being.

Dr BD Pathak Very good surgeon in fbd he done my mother processor done successfully and now she is feeling very well. Good doctor with a very cooperative team mostly for his coordinator Subham he guiding treating and helping us very well.

We had a good experience despite the difficult time. Dr Shubham Vatsya were very warm and we felt absolutely comfortable with them as our consulting doctors. Their treatment ensured a quick recovery.

My father was admitted under Dr. BN Singh for diabetes control in room no 2049 . He is such a patience doctor and gave good time to my father and my father was very satisfied. Ms. Anita his PA was very good and helpful. Nurses and staff were very helpful. Head nurse Deepti , kulbeer, rajni and other nursing staff were very very helpful and caring . He was admitted again in room no 2059 under Dr. Manu Shankar/ Dr. Nitin Sardana for hemmorids, and Dr. Gulati for prostrate operation . All doctors and their staff were very patience and explained very nicely all details . Thanks to all the doctors and nursing staff for their care for my father .

My father was hospitalized in Fortis escorts hospital faridabad .He was on ventilator from 22nd Jan to 29th Jan.

Doctors here in Fortis are very selfish and egoistic.

They were not doing the treatment.
They tried many experiments on my father .
Especially Dr Ravi Shekhar jha , Dr shubham(Gastroenterologist) ,Dr. Ayaan (worked under Ravi Shankar jha), Dr. Ashutosh (worked under Ravi Shankar jha)

He is no more now because of these doctors fault .
When they know patient was very weak then why they did bronchoscopy on my father .

I never recommend this hospital because they only want money .They don't have heart .they treat people as a toy.

I have never faced any issues with the services at fortis hospital. Doctors are amazing however this is the first time I'm facing an issue with a refund. I booked an OPD appointment online and my booking got cancelled but the amount was deducted from my bank account. When I visited the hospital I was asked to pay the OPD charges again and was explained that a refund will be issued. It's been more than a month and I have done multiple follow ups but there is no response from the team and neither I have received any refund in my account. Poor accounts service.

Bad experience.
