They are fooling patients. Taking consulting charges of a senior doctor but making junior doctors consult.

We got the consultation slip of MS Gupta for my wife but some other doctor Abhed attended her. Frankly it all did not seem legit to us.

Don’t be fooled by tons of positive fake reviews.

We visited MSGupta for ortho treatment of my mother in law.
Fees is 1000/-
And there was a huge rush.
No proper queue.
Doctor also deals very liberally. Hardly spend 2 minutes on the conversation which is not recommended.
Would not recommend.

Interesting incident and class of Dr. MS Gupta that i felt everyone need to know about.

Right Knee of my father aged 82 years namely Sh. Gian Chand was transplanted by Dr. Manuj wadhwa in Paras Hospital, Panchkula.

Unluckily operative part got infected. We visited Dr. Manuj wadhwa and he advised to re- transplant the knee in 2 stages/surgeries after 2-3 months treatment. His behaviour was very professional due to collaboration with corporate Hospitals.

Due to his professional behaviour, we got confused whether father could tolerate 2 surgeries in this age and we started to visit other knee experts. We have consulted 6 knee experts in the tricity and every expert has advised for 2 surgeries being recommended treatment in the books of medical.

Finally we prepared our mind to re-transplant the knee from Dr. MS Gupta, Raffles Hospital, Panchkula because we heard that he is very genuine and gives adequate time and personal attention to every patient as compare to other doctors who are working in corporate hospitals.

We book an appointment at Raffles Hospital with the mind of surgery.

Dr. MS Gupta thoroughly examined the case with history and said that keeping in view patient age I will treat him with accurate line of treatment in 1st stage and in 2nd stage we will go for surgery.

We got very surprised that every knee experts has straight way advised for 2 surgeries and Dr. MS Gupta is on other mind.

He said we can do surgery at any time but I strongly feel he will be fine after proper line of treatment.

Resultant, after 7 months infected knee of my father is completely cured and he is doing very well and very happy as well.

Thanks a billions Dr. MS Gupta Sir. You didn’t care about money and treated my father in a right spirit🙏🙏🙏

If every doctor would have been thought like you then each and every needy patient will grace the doctors as a god.

False ratings. Don’t go with this hospital ratings these are fake and the staff is very rude, these money making people don’t think about the patients just money as there god. Specially Dr Mangla when I reached him about the bill querry which was not resolved by there accounts department he said we can’t do any thing about it. When I said I will fill a complaint against you he said “go to CM PM or Health minister for the complaint does’t matter we will handle it you go where ever you want to complaint.” These Medical professionals are the culprits of bad condition of people these days.

Good service and doctors as got my Father and mother's foot surgery operated here, staff is good.

Recently got my surgery done from Dr Kamal Sharma and Dr Kuldeep Mangla. Very happy and satisfied. The doctors are very experienced and helpful. Their staff is extremely helpful. The hospital is hygienic with good and clean rooms.

I had very nice experience with the hospital, My father was operated by Doctor M. S .Gupta and other teams of doctors . It was like feeling of home . Staff of Raffels having an excellent behaviour . Overall very nice experience.
