I visited here when I slipped and fell on my back, the doctors were friendly and helpful. The front office staff could take a moment or two when someone is admitted to be a bit more understanding. Everything here requires payments in cash or a local Indian card so your visa or mastercard won't work here but there is an atm in the main entrance area where you can withdraw cash. Prescriptions will set you back a 100-200 usually, the patient registration is 300 and consultation and xray is about 3000. They have a number of specialist doctors here such as orthopaedics that will cost you about 1500 for a session.

Was admitted here due to typhoid. The doctor was quick to diagnose the disease and discharged me in four days. The service other wise was below par. They appeared to be short of nursing staffs. Insurance team was very slow. Had to wait for almost six hours before they cleared the invoices with my insurance company. Hospital is clean and well maintained. Few miscellaneous charges such as fee for dietitian were kind of unwanted.

However the app doesn’t have the functionality to allow for senior citizen discounts or probably for anyone. We purchased a NH card recommended by the hospital however there is no coupon code associated with it to avail whilst booking the appointment using the app.
All staff members are encouraging and promoting to use the app, however it needs have some information on how or where to get the coupon codes to apply for discounts in the ‘apply coupon code’ field whilst making the payment. Thanks

Our overall experience at the hospital has always been good. We have been going there for 3-4 years now. The doctors spend good time and give you a detailed understanding about everything.
We had to visit multiple doctor's in two days. Anubha, the coordinator took very good care of everything, making sure we didn't have to wait for too long. Thanks to her, everything was very smooth.

Visited this hospital for mother's knee replacement surgery. ALL the staff are caring, empathetic and skilled. Hygiene is very good!! The atmosphere is service oriented and non-commericial ( a pleasant change) . Please visit for a stress free and professional healthcare experience.

First of all reachability and parking within the hospital premise is super easy.

We had to go there 3-4 times for some urgent check ups of family members in the last few years and it has always been a great experience.
The staff is well trained and the overall hospital is superbly managed.

The experience, delivered by doctors, as one can imagine, varies a lot since all the specialists have their own way of handling patients.

The pharmacy is quite good and generally possesses all the critical medicines. It is open 24*7 which is a very important factor for residents living near the hospital.

Great facility and super neat in terms of cleanliness. Great doctor and staff overall.
Well connected to Rapid Metro and commute via CNG auto and e rickshaws are also available from the metro station.

This hospital is a super specialty hospital with a huge building and many rooms.
Now a days Vaccination is going on here.
They are among the very few which are providing Sputnik jab too.
It has a huge parking with basement parking as well.
