Manavta means humanity and that is the last thing you will find in this so called hospital. More of a dispensary rather than a hospital. The more they see that you can pay, the more they will extract.
Please read this review carefully end to end before making a call to come to this hospital. Think a million times before going there. Their business is very high due to COVID. Prefer home care rather than coming to this money minting shop.
Details of the event (for my father, a COVID patient):
1. My sister contacted someone for admission in Sarvodhya Hospital at Faridabad. She gave 10,000 Rs to reserve a bed at Sarvodhya for our father who was a COVID patient.
2. When in ambulance, the agent said "I did not say Sarvodhya, I said Manavta hospital at Ballabhgarg". When the patient is in ambulance, family has no choice. These are agents and Manavta pays them commission to get patients (BAKRA) to this hospital.
3. We were charged 50,000 Rs/single day for a bed, no medication, no tests covered. My father was able to talk properly before he came to this hospital and was on oxygen. He was overall doing fine and if we had the slightest idea of this money minting shop, we would have taken him home with requisite oxygen & attendant arrangements.
4. Next morning, we received a call that father has been put on ventilator and they will charge 80,000 Rs/day. Why was the family not asked before putting the patient on a ventilator?
5. Even my fathers wallet which had money, Adhar card, CGHS card, Car registration card and many other important cards was stolen here. Why is the protocol not followed in the hospital ??
6. My father was in extreme pain and his condition further deteriorated in this hospital. My father wanted to go home. Doctor here mentioned that 99% he will not survive. We made necessary arrangements at home and decided to bring my father home. On the day of discharge, doctor prescribed Ramdesivir injections and asked me to buy from the pharmacy. Why were these injections not prescribed earlier when his condition was not critical?? If 99% the patient will not survive then why ask the family to buy these injections (each injection is 30,000 Rs).
At each and every step at MANAVTA hospital Ballabhgarh we found a money minting business at the cost of peoples lives and sentiments.
STOP DO NOT COME TO MANAVTA HOSPITAL AT BALLABHGARH, THIS IS A MONEY MINTING SHOP.
I lost my father but I hope this review can save some lives by not coming to this hospital.
Thanks
