According to my view Dr Bharat mody is soft & sobar nature and dr kshitijK mody is ever smiling face & tharo gentelmen, and also kaushalbhai having talkative nature and always ready to solve the problem at any time, really kaushalbhai is dedicated to his work.

After my surgery done i take benefit of welcare vatsalya experience is excellent,
Neepaben good nature daily she will come to meet talk politely, if any problem she solve it.
In vatsalya also nurse and brother (Rahulbhai), Housekeeping Staff all are very helpfull give medicines time to time & take care like home.

All physiothepary Dr are of good nature and very cooperative to patient in treat the patient carefully.
In short I totally satisfy by All doctors and staff
Meaning of vatsalya is long live with care & love.
I came in hospital with the help of Walker and now I can walk by foot without walker.

I got admitted to Welcare hospital for my both knee replacement on 30th September.Normally for one TKR surgery, all hospital has provided 4 to 5 days package. During our post operation stay we came to know…that this Hospital has one part named Welcare Vatsalya, there one can stay till you get “ recovered to your satisfaction”. We took 15 days package in Welcare Vatsalya. All staff including Dr. Bharat Modi and his son Dr. Kshitij Modi very very down to earth. All physiotherapy staff, hospitality staff, nurse, sisters, masi, wardboy, billing department staff and specially Aruna Medam and Kaushalbhai are well behaved … we felt like homely stay just like our own family.
Hospital is neat & clean and very good hygiene in every part of hospital.

# One suggestion :: post operation hospital should provide general and also patient specific instruction-“ do& don’t “ every time we asked got piecemeal reply from different staff .
# Post operation, during daily visit, doctor try to be homely with patient and it was mostly one way communication ther is scope for improvement by spending 60-90 seconds more with patient.
For knee replacement/surgery WelCare is the best hospital of Vadodara.

I am very experienced about Wellcare hospital..because I have had great experience. They do not know but the side effects are much more than the effect of their treatment. In the desire to get attention, he forgets that he is also doing wrong. Not much but just to say that my father was treated at Wellcare and the operation may or may not have been successful. But that was my father's last treatment. Today I am fatherless and have a huge and expensive medical debt. Kudos to him for understanding.

Hospital is way to big but mostly empty. No much visitors, neither patients.

They have notices and signs asking to always wear a mask but their receptionist wasn't wearing one.

Their X-ray prices are way too high as compared to other diagnostic centers.
Plus no female assistant in x-ray ward. How uncomfortable does it get for female patients to get diagnosed with a Male assistant. At least the woman staff should be there to when a female patient is inside.

The guy who was the helper didn't allow anyone one else from to the family to stay inside the room. even though every x-ray room has a safe zone inside it.

The dr. Bharat Mody doesn't even spend much time with patient. We visited to show my mother and I felt like he was in hurry. He wouldn't even let our statements finish and he would ask next question.

My mother had her bilateral total knee replacements done by the team here in January 2023.

I only have positive words for the surgical team, the physiotherapy and rehab team, the nursing staff, and the help staff.

We always felt that we were under the care of a team that is competent, communicative, and very well-versed with the pre- and post-op course for such cases.

The rooms, beds, layout and general infrastructure are also well optimised for them to be able to provide a good outcome for their elective surgical cases.

As a doctor myself, I can only say this : for me, this hospital and Dr Mody's team are a clear recommendation for anyone looking to get a knee replacement surgery.
