Excellent overall services. Doctors, nurses and all other staff very supportive. Daily feedback for services is taken. Doctors explain surgery needs, process and precautions very well. I believe this is Best heart hospital in Gujarat.

Overall all services are good, although one thing the hospital needs to understand that the patients/relative needs a bit detailed information of procedures as generally it is first time, so patients/attendant is unaware of what would be the next steps to follow. But do not take it seriously, it's just minor thing I liked to add. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Overall hospital is good but for insurance they will over charge you, for room rent normal rate is 1200 and they will apply for Mediclaim room rent 2200.
For normal operation they will charge you heavy amount, but when you negotiate the final amount payable after insurance then they will give discount of 50-60 Percent.
Please note- In this hospital you will be charged heavily for insurance and your insurance will not get approved fully. Rest they will ask you to pay from your pocket. Moreover they will ask you to pay 20% deposit of whole amount.
I must say please avoid this hospital if you have insurance.
When i visited this hospital before 3 year it was the best hospital of that time.

Pros:
Excellent Experience, Very Good Doctors, Decent and Supportive Nursing Staff. Highly Recommended.

Cons:
Takes Advance Money even for Cashless Claims. Retains 20% of total Amount for 45 - 60 days even after Insurance Claim Approval.

Amazing team of doctors and staff members. Dr Niravbhai Bhalani and his team carried out my complex procedure with at most care and confidence. They explained me the procedure step by step. I appreciate there knowledge and know how of modern techniques.
