Clean, well maintained hospital with good looking gadgets/machines around are the only good things one can observe at this hospital.

Poor receptionist's service: when asked over a call in the evening at 5 on Friday for scheduling an appointment, receptionist advised to come on Monday saying doctor is not available until then. Still visited the hospital after an hour to only find that there was nothing special and I got my eye checkup done with the same doctor!! Well done sister, you have successfully displayed an example that you are one step cooler than the doctors !!

Gold diggers: Can't complain much about the doctors now a days as they are always busy looking hundreds of patients in two hours they have. Observed the same here, even after paying for a sky high consultation charges doctors/specialists are not at all willing to hear you and answer your query. As soon as your eye checkup is completed, you have 30 seconds to hear them out and 15 seconds to ask your queries. Supporting staff are well trained to let other patients in by the time 45 seconds are over. Doctor might have given a good advise but they should also advise us to record what they are saying, in case we wanted to hear their superfast speech/script again.

Rest service, hygiene and other things at this hospital were still better than other places/hospitals you have in junagadh.

Due to regular rush of patients, have to wait for long time... Consultation also take more time as patients need to go through repeated diagnosis by different doctors like junior to senior...

Address mentioned in Google search is also old one... Correction required in address too!

They are cheating people. I have taken appointment for my 3 family members. Waited for two long hours and they refer me to some other Doctor. While on asking they told me that i should ask specifically for Dr. Khokhani. Guys please be careful. Ask for Dr. Khokhani first on the first desk itself. I have wasted money with some junior dr and waited for two long hours.

It is very clean hospital. There management is good and they has very brilliant doctors.
