Nice hospitality and very cooperative and friendly staff. ICU service was up to the expectations. Was admitted under Dr Jay Choksi’s supervision in room 3010. My surgery went well. Very satisfied by the treatment and efforts of the Surgeon Jay Choksi and staff.

Middle class or its below, not affordable. Medicines and treatment is too expensive. O.T. charges and surgicals also high. Pray God not to give any diseases to the middle class and poorer. Whatever the earnings and savings become useful for the elderly days can be vanished at once. No hope for the rest of the life left behind. Most of the hospitals are money oriented and their motto is to accumulate huge wealth, though they are very well acquainted that they are not carrying single panny with them while leaving this beautiful planet.

Cleanliness was very poor,quality of food was not poor pathetic. The staff themselves told us to bring food from home as the food was of sub standard quality.
In the Feedback form I have written everything in detail hope they read it and make necessary changes.

Good Support from Doctors. Nurses co-operation is really appreciated.

The biggest problem is medicine. The hospital pharmacy is really robbing people. Medicines are too much expensive. For example there is suction tube which is used to remove cough from patient’s body. That tibe is sold 60₹ in hospital pharmacy but out side it is sold it is just 16₹. Everything is same company, package, type.

So if you are ready to bare expense of medicine go ahead and choose this hospital.

Personally I would not recommend this only due to expensive medicines.
