Sant Parmanand Hospital

It's a multi speciality hospital. But these days it seems not good in medical care. Because no. Of cases they are unable to manage. Need improvement in medical emergencies. It's on the path of another private hospitals to fool the patient family. When they were unable to handle case they didn't refer you instead they said now your patient will get better at home. It's ridiculous. Seriously didn't expect this from them. And all the machinery and medical equipments they are using are outdated and didn't work properly. And the building requires immediate renovation. Because during rainy days there roof started leakaging. I wish I could rate zero star but there is no option available.

Hospital is ok. Not so good not so bad. OPD timing for registration is 8:30 to 10:30 morning. Fee is 100. Eye opd is different. OPD place have very crowded. There should be more space or chair for sitting. Staff behaviour is ok. Doctor number should be also increase so that waiting time is less. Overall ok.

The most unsatisfactory treatment in this hospital. We booked an appointment and was told we have to wait more than an hour even though we already had an appointment. There is a great need for the staff to understand basic English and know better what appointment really means.

I took my wife to this hospital on 7/12/22 for suspected fracture in left hand because I had lot of faith in their orthopaedic department.
Very unprofessional doctors now. Senior Consultant advised multiple fractures which would require insertion of steel plates and hospitalization of three days.
During stay in Emergency room, team billed me around Rs 4000 for various services including registration. All receipts and documents available with me.
Their NEW Speciality hospital was deserted and Ironically next to a cremation ground !!
AVOID THIS HOSPITAL
Consulted another Dr who said it's a simple fracture and set it with a cast. After three weeks,cast was removed and her hand is perfectly normal.

Apart from lacking with the latest technology. Staff, the doctors and their attitude and humility is suffice for a patient and the attendants to heal themselves in a divine way. Sant Parmanand Hospital takes full care in that aspect. Special thanks to doctor Aman Rohtagi and doctor Shekhar Srivastava and all the staff nurses to save my grandmother whose 94 years and was going through infection in whole body. It was nothing short of a miracle. Hospital with rules and regulations is just a hospital but Sant Parmanand is far above them.

Bad experience, I had a case of my family and they didn’t guide me properly.

Cure of my patient wasn’t going well and they didn’t advise me instead they kept on creating money and keep my patient admitted.

Finally I won’t disclose but I got the right advise somehow and I have shifted my patient to Gangaram hospital. Thanks to god for timely advise.

I have other people contacts and which are still in the same hospital and I’ll guide them.

Don't even think to go to this hospital if your patient is too critical, and you are in need of emergency service..we took our grandfather to this hospital in very critical situation and they dont even bother to check and returned us from gate saying that they dont have any room to admit...

Dr. Sanjay Gupta is excellent and staff nurse and aaya much caring and also hardworker BUT in economy class there is no facilities except cheap plastic chair and in the night relatives sleeps on the floor like government hospital. *IT IS SUGGESTION TO CONCERN PERSON THAT THEIR MUST BE SETTY FOR REST AND SLEEP*
