1) Ward boy/girl - all are really efficient in their work and have good behavior
2) House Keeping- easily approachable
3) Kitchen-Good enough
4) Security-Pass needs to be provided and checked on the entry only and needs to be avoided in the rooms frequently.
My Dad was admitted for prostate and gal. Stone Surgery at ward 107-B and I want to express my deep gratitude to a nurse Ms. ASTHA for making me and my father life easier during this tough time and making my father feel like his is in good hands.
ASTHA knows how all her work needs to be done efficiently and effectively and has indepth knowledge about every single task she perform during her productive hours.
ASTHA makes sure that she perform all her duties with entire devotion and end to end perfection.
ASTHA was one of those nurse with whom I didn't felt necessary to ring a bell again and again, as she most of the time knew when can her patient may require her help She also ensures that all tasks initiated by her should be timely completed.
Last but not least I would like to Thank ASTHA from the bottom of my heart for all her assistance I will never forget her humbleness and care towards her patients. I observed during my 5-6 days of stay at Ganga Ram City hospital that she was very quick in providing assistance to all her patients which I found very impressive.
Sir Ganga Ram City hospital coordinator (pinky Rawat) and security staff is top notch and very proactive towards their action which makes SGR city hospital stand out of the crowd.
Again my sincere thanks to everyone for their constant support specially ASTHA AND ladli.
Thanks and Regards
Mahesh and Aditya Agarwal.
Hospital services was very good.. All the nurses and housekeeping staff was so polite and humble and ready to help in every manner. Our Doctors are best and very experienced doctors are there.
The room has a glass pane on the wall looking out into the corridor.
Although they have timted the glass for some privacy, the top part of the pane is transparent and the bright LED lights in the corridor shine straight on the patient's face.
The curtains don't help much to provide relief either.
I merely spent a day under observation post op but i cannot imagine anyone spending anytime over that. And this is in context of an individual suite.
Expected much more from an institution bearing the name of the prestigious Ganga Ram Hospital.
