Medeor Hospital Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi

Most of the SOPs are missing. With non-existent redressal mechanism. You find yourself unwelcome in this hospital. The very first prerequisite of a hospital is that one should feel welcome, feel wanted. Found two good Docs(& human beings) also Dr. Pradeep & Dr. Bhalla but they fell in the category of exception rather than rule.

Overall experience was really good. Doctor Lalit Agarwal did my hand surgery. He listened and explained everything very well. The staff there is cooperative also treats the patients very well. Everything was fine but only delivering food facility to the patient need to be improved a bit.

Services of Docs and Nursing staff have been excellent. House keeping team are also well behaved and services are highly satisfactory. The administration team are highly cooperative and efficient.

I really appreciate the service and doctors and nursing team and coordinator especially mrs Upali Nanda and Dr. Mishra and Dietitian Dr. Rashi and Ranjana Coordinator. Very appreciatiable service.
