I came in for a BR surgery, and everybody from the doctors to the nurses to the WHOLE staff was great with me, I haven’t seen such amazing hospitality even in the big 5 hospitals in Delhi, was humbled by the love and support given by everyone.

10/10, would definitely recommend.

I have undergone my Rhinoplasty and septoplasty at Irene Hospital through Pristyn care. Reception staff not at all patient friendly. They are rude and unprofessional..... I had to swing between Pristyn care and hospital to get my stitches opened. Doctors were not available, when it is required for the patients .... Never ever go through Pristyn care ..

My brother got through inguinal hernia surgery in Irene hospital Kalkaji .We had great experience ,in hospital all the Staff member are supportive and hospital is neat and clean . Doctor is well experienced.

Surgery done through Pristyn Care. Hospital staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness is at best. Few mismanagement as I went through third party otherwise everything worked fine.

My 2nd day of admission here after a minimaly invasive septorhinoplasty surgery through pristine care.. Hospital environment is very good. All doctors, nurses and paramedical staff are well trained in their profession and very patient friendly. Attendant and cleaning staff are very dedicated and provide timely services.Alltogether a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it to all patients for the relevant healthcare services available here..

Hospital is nice situated at calm environment. Staffs are friendly. We went for my dad's surgery via pristine experience was very nice. I was hesitant after seeing 3.5 rating but it was nice experience. Want to thank the nurces and other staff's for taking good care of my dad.
