Came to visit their Diabetes Clinic. Was taken good care by the staff. Dr Wangnoo is a very nice Endocrinologist.

One of the best hospitals in India with all modern facilities and machines which are used in treatment of diseases. Neat and clean environment, hygienic practices followed in every process.

Here staffs are very lazy. We had to wait for more than 90 mins for breast ultrasound. God knows what was Doctor doing as she took more than 90 mins for one patient. Very pathetic management.

Amazingly talented doctors combined with compassionate nursing care plus incredible professionalism of the support staff made it for one of the smoothest and stress-free hospital experiences for our family.
The hospital experience can be filled with anxiety and stress. But the doctors at Apollo allayed our fears, explained the procedure patiently and answered all our questions. The follow up care after surgery was incredible with the kindness shown by the nursing staff. The food and beverage department not only nourished the body but also the soul with freshly made food which helped the recovery process. From the parking attendant to chief surgeon, everyone provided the care to the patient to ensure speedy recovery.
The facilities are on par or even more advanced than many hospitals in the USA.

Apollo Hospitals are simply speaking a for profit corporate and operates as such. Some of the staff - especially nursing and doctors and some of the admin staff are very good, which is why folks keep coming back. Not necessarily for the Apollo brand as such.
The operations and management can be much better. The Covid vaccination program is a case in point. Vaccination started as early as end last year and beginning of 2021 as I am told but even today, after 7-8 months, the operations are run in an amateurish and lame manner.
Apollo needs to treat it's manpower better.
