Spring Meadows Hospital - Multispeciality Hospital in South Delhi

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. I came with my mother for Physiotherapy treatment.The staff and Dr. Tanya Bajaj (PT) were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Tanya really took her time to explain the conditions of my mother with me as well as treatment given to my mother and other possible options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Poonam bazaz is the WORST DOCTOR IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. never visit her for ur own sake, money minded, never give personal time, very very rude, never explain any reason for any medicine, gives unnecessary medicine and unnecessary test, ask u buy medicine n test from places of her choice to earn maximum commission, never help u conceive instead gives medicine with maximum side effects so that I suffer their side effects whole life, I come for pcos but instead to help me conceive she just made my body vulnerable to so many other diseases contracted in my body she spoiled my body fir 1 and half year.. cause me so much mental pressure and stress and other health issues..for her patients are just customers from whom she can reap maximum benefits, never ever visit her for ur own sake there are so many other doctors, but she is worst in whole universe.

The hospital is very clean and people-friendly. The staff is very supportive. I had a normal delivery in the hospital and I would really like to appreciate the nurses over there. They were very humble and cool.

Excellent services with experienced Doctors and staffs. Physiotherapy department is very nice. Services are very fast and satisfactory. Hospital premises is very neat and clean with big waiting areas. Hospital is located near east of kailash metro station. Good one.

We selected this hospital for my wife's D&C procedure but the decision turned out to be a bad one. Nurses, attendants, cleanliness, food is not a problem, however, the billing procedure is not transparent. Despite having a corporate policy I've to pay 50% of the total bill out of my own pocket. Every hospital displays the room charges very prominently but this hospital hides it. They also don't care to share estimate of cost of the treatment with the patient. When the paper work started I've clearly told the executive (Geeta) that there is a room cap of 5k in my policy and room should be given accordingly but still they allocated expensive room without intimating the cost of the same. This is not the end of the story, they even charged 1500 as doctor's surgery cost (which hospital is supposed to pay to visiting doctors) without giving any receipt and charged 800 for doctor's visit on the day of the discharge when no doctor visited. Very disappointed, I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. Beware.

Outstanding services of this hospital. Got my wife delivery done here. Nursing staff really knows how to take care of mother who has given birth to a baby. You don't need to call them for anything in other hospital attendance run after the nursing staff. Super execllent chief, food served to patients is extremly tasty. There is not a single day as attendant I had to order food from somewhere else opted to have it from hospital canteen itself.

I got my wife’s delivery done here and the services are outstanding , quick and their practices are genuine. The doctor explained the procedures very well and the team took good care of my wife and the little one.
Also I would like to mention that it is an affordable option for all staying near by.
I got my mother’s booster also done and must say that they have Good facilities for hassle free covid vaccination.

Dr. Tanya from physiotherapy department was recommended to me for my cervical spondylosis. I am glad that I found her as she not only took care of cervical spondylosis but also diagnosed my flat foot which was a major problem for me over the years but stayed undiagnosed until she did. She is patient, soft spoken and explains everything down to the details to all her patients in quite comprehensible manner, which reflects her dedication to the job.
I would highly recommend her to the patients in need of a good physiotherapist.
