With times as tough as Covid, accidents, and chronic diseases, MGS Hospital has supported me and my family till the very end of road of recovery in every possible aspect.
When all other hospitals refused to treat my mum for covid, MGS arranged for extra beds to incorporate more and more patients and saved lives, my Mum’s included! The nursing staff aren’t just staff members, they care and wish you well like family members. Hygiene is Top class, specially in IPD. The doctors visit Twice everyday without fail providing the best treatment possible!
Special thanks to Dr. Ajay Jain for ensuring all his patients are given nothing but the best treatment. He is next to a God for my family.
Those who are posting about not being heard, please speak to Col. Pawa, from Management in MGS. He is so receptive, supportive and incredibly kind. He gives special attention to any kind of escalation and ensures the patients and attendants are contended. I can go on & on speaking about everything my family has endured in last year and how MGS hospital & people associated with it have saved my Mum’s, my dad’s, and my life..

Very very worst hospitals and doctors as well, they are just making the money and doing wrong operation without proper treatment, they did the same thing for Prashant Seth, now Prashant Seth is on ventilator due to Dr Sanjay Sharma. I really advice with everyone for not taking the treatment in hospital especially with Dr Sanjay Sharma

Very Bad experience...
We had a very bad experience with hospital and specially with treating Doctor Sanjay Sharma. Without knowing the medical history of patients he starts with his treatment which has landed us into deep trouble.
Due to his wrong treatment one of our close one is fighting for his life. I urge everyone to not to get treatment from MGS Hospital Rotak road specially under Dr. Sanjay Sharma.
I request to the govt officials to take strict action on Hospital and on Doctors of MGS hospital who play with life of the patients coming there for the treatment.
I also want to highlight the wrong/over billing done by the hospital which should be reviewed and disciplinary action to be taken.

Very bad... Dr. Sanjay Sharma is very very bad way out to do operation....

Without biopsy report they're doing wound operation and giving patients blood cancer...

After cutting when the wounds not healing giving high doses of antibotics without knowing patients history..... Giving results of liver failure.... Next step kidney failure..... The license of doctor and hospital should be cancelled immediately to save human life

The service of the hospital is very good. The staff is very good, the doctor is very good and I want the star who is there should be 10, which I can give to the hospital but it is compulsion that I can give only 5 star then I would like to give only 5.

Worst hospital in terms of patient care. Doctors OPD timing is 9 am but till 10.30 no doctor came. Doctor came after shouting at the reception. Female staff at the reception either do not know anything or are trained as to how to keep harrassing patients. On asking about hospital incharge/MS whereabouts, they didn't reply. There is no person who can reply patients properly. Not giving details of contact person whom one can tell about the situation in the hospital.

Dr. Naveen Kumar Ailawadi is the best doctor for Pulmonologist TB and allergy. Good environment for patient. the dr. Naveen Kumar Ailawadi is taking daily rounds for patients care my experienced was best.

If in any case don't go to this hospital, they will start treatment without even knowing the ailment or underlying condition.
They don't care about health about patient at all
