Most difficult phase in our life came in November 2021. When my father had an accident.This incident was the most serious incident in my life that I dealt within my life Then I took my father to a government hospital for treatment.due to financial circumstances. But there was only waiting for doctor and paper work only.During this I delayed for better treatment in government hospital due to there lack of facility and take care then me and family decided that we have to get treatment in private hospital. Because injury was so serious and then I consult so many doctors but the costing of the treatment which I can't afford but still I had to get treatment in private hospital for better treatment and facilities then I talk to friend of mine. She also got his brother treatment from this hospital. She also told me about the same hospital The name is Avantika Multi speciality hospital in Rohini. Specially she referred me to Dr.Varun and share me the Dr.Varun contact number when I spoke to Dr. Varun I felt very much satisfied with the conversation over the call. I was worried about my father treatment, budget and he solved my all problems and doubts for deciding the right and appropriate solution for the treatment and whatever help I needed for treatment. He was done extremely fantabulous work. As a surgeon, person, and guider he is the best person whom I have met in my life.I feel he is an efficient professional which I had really seen in my father's hospitalization. He always make us feel positive and calm for dealing difficult situation in our life. I was being very much strong during my father hospitalization just because of Dr. Varun and team and their staff very positively and last but not the least. Dr. Varun is god for us who had come down to help us.we can't see God but we can feel it by those person who gave you new birth with their services they always deserve this respect as God

Nursing staff are so extrovert and talk badly, also hospital charge lil more than usual for somethings which is not required. For eg:- i was under a treatment of a doctor , but they charged his consultation and one rmo consultation and one more dr consultation and shocking thing is only your treating doctor is the first and last doctor who make your treatment plan but you have to pay more to other doctors who will come and go and doesnt bother to answer you with your queries or prescribe you anything.

I went there coz my 7 year old daughter inserted paper in her ear… and the OT technician removed that with a forceps , it will take hardly 2 minutes.. they did not call ENT specialist. Still they charged 1000/- rs for that. This is pathetic…
Before that I went to jaipur golden hospital.. that charged only 400/- rs for ENT doctor but then they said doctor in OT and refunded the money so I have to go to this hospital .

Dr. Varun Narula did a great job treating my 8 month old cousin and my father. He performed preaxial bilateral polydactyly excision surgery for the small baby who is fine now and total hip replacement surgery on my father who is now able to walk thanks to him. He explained everything in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly specially with the baby. All of the staff was great – they were helpful and cooperative.
