Fine hospital in janakpuri on main road, near fire station and MSI. Deals generally with referred cases and have free treatment on most of these scenarios.

Myself (Yashpal Mhaskar) and my wife Swati Mhaskar have been visiting this hospital even before outbreak of Corona. Right from first registration to visiting a consulting doctor, getting medicines, all tests everything is absolutely free. Myself suffering from long chronic neurological problem, have undergone numerous tests as advised by the doctors of this hospital. I have undergone NCV test and two MRI's all were done absolutely free. Yes for MRI, I had to fill up the form and give proof of Delhi Voter ID card, but for all other tests (including all pathological tests) and all medicines it was all free. Yes, I do agree due to increase load of patients the staff and doctors need to scale up. All staff are very cooperative and helpful. However there are two important things which is of concern for which authorities do need to look into.
1. There are too much patients who are either friends or relatives of the staff working there, who get priority over other patients either for getting doctor consultancy, test registration, test collection center, medicine collection counters etc. There is no way to know if those who are friends of staff are genuine or not. There must be a system whereby some higher authority gives them a kind of authorization slip or ticket which can be shown at every point of doctor consultation, test registration, test collection, medicine collection etc., else this could be a case of corruption where some of the staff might be taking some bribe in return of giving priority to their so called near and dear ones. This must be given high importance. My suggestion is to issue tokens to patients who will approach the concerned room/window as per the number flashed on the token display board, the same way as is being done in banks, or food take away counters like Haldiram, Bikanerwala etc.

2. The other issue is of toilets which are in very bad shape, give bad smell and do NOT have any bolts to lock from inside the toilet, as patients many a times need to give urine samples for which they need to go to toilets. ALL TOILETS ARE VERY DIRTY, BROKEN TAPS, DOORS, CHOCKED SINKS, BROKEN TAPS OF SINKS ETC. ON ANY FLOOR THAT I HAVE VISITED. Otherwise in general all common areas are neat and clean.

The guards at some counters do not do their duty in maintaining queues particularly at test registration counter back side of room no 4.

Overall I would give a rating of 4 out of 5 for this hospital.

I will give three star to the hospital only because the staff not all but yes some of the doctors are so insensitive. They don’t know how to speak family members of patient, this is my personal experience. When I was hospitalised, my mother asked to doctor “doctor Saab isko khane me kya de sakte Hain” then he replied to my mother “pehle to Dhyan nahi rakha ab puch rahi Ha ki khane me kya de” he was so rude to my mom. As a doctor he needs to learn how to speak to a women or I can say to a mother too.

Restriction on making a video for any reason you have to be smart to hide it still doctors are good and place is clean. In my view you should make a hidden folder to hide

This hospital is having tremendous space yet it is not utilised in a proper way. Guards and other management behaves like don here.

Poor patients are often scolded by the doctor on one pretext or other.

The only good thing about this place is Free MRI facility for delhi people that costs Rs.5000/- outside.
