Its ok but senior doctor is not available

In case of emergency preference should be given to other nearby hospital because of non availability of crucial working medical equipment (ex. X-Ray). The behaviour of staff is a questionable.
No parking facilities available here, visitors have to park there car on road outside the hospital which is neither proper nor legal.
This hospital displays advertisement of Delhi Government but it is not under delhi government (as per information from helpline number 1031, kindly confirm yourself).

Government of NCT of delhi owned trauma centre. You may come here for any kind of trauma but some basic facilities like erect xray is not available but supine is available. NCCT is available round the clock here. Ample amount of parking is always available here for patients relative and waiting hall is available too. But canteen is not available.

No attention to critical cases. Bhgwan bharose chalta treatment here. They ask the critical patient to wait for 3 hours till the doctors get free from operation . I am sure the patient may die till then . Worst treatment

Worst experience negligent staff try to escape from their duties. Unnecessary delay in treating the patient in emergency need. The O.P.D. services are provided with harassment. The X-RAY technicians are very rude.

This is ridiculous hospital and the team of doctors and security is careless. They didn't care patient is dying or whatever. The doctor counting hours of duty nothing else. Don't go for it. I demand minus rating for this hospital.

Worst Experience ever, no senior Dr. and Xray staff was very rude even Dr. Talk very rudely to pateint.
