On a call, first they say to come we will book the appointment, also "checkup will be done today", but when I reached there they said today's appointment is full, we can't do anything , you have to come tomorrow! ... That too I asked them twice on call ki "aaj hojaayega na " they assured that "yes" but live they said " ki ha Mene bol diya tha hojaayega, par nahi hoga" !
