Gaurav Hospital

No doubt Dr Arif is a very good and very polite medical practitioner. His attitude towards the patients is praiseworthy, but the only one black spot in gaurav hospital is the man sitting in the reception desk. His behaviour is very rude and he is not able to satisfy the patients' queries and gets irritated very soon. He should be given proper training in behavioural science and communication. He should be made aware that he is dealing with a patient who is already in distress. It is also expected that he should be aware of hospital regulations and able to convince the patient when required.
Hope the management will take care.

Very rude behaviour of staff and doctor take very fees.

Don't know how they serve the patients, too kuch dirty out side, not clean, very poor service, no-one to attend the patient at downside, if patients need wheel chair. Staff behavior is good, even Dr is also good, only if they maintain the cleanliness, which is so important, than the Hospital is good. Hope he will be work on this points.

Dr. A Arif is the good doctor even perfect behaviour, but the all receptionist are rudy. They showed attitude like they are the boss. Sometimes he talks like a humiliation. I was uncomfortable every time i visit.

Doctor is good but reception staff and other staff r irritating, not co-operative, i forgot name of male reception staff there. He thinks he is prime minister😆 he said " Yeha koi system nhi h jo m chahta hu wahi hota h" Illiterate ppl.
