Suffered a ligamant injury during my short stay in Gaya. Unfortunately had a pathetic experience in the clinic. Doctor is a well known and popular doctor in Gaya however the center experience was very bad. I was informed that there is Hairline fracture and they need to plaster. They charged me total 5000 including medicines . There is no proper billing system . When I asked for Bill they just got a printout with no details of medicine price and it just had the hospital stamp. There was no copy/printout of the X-ray also provided.
The boy in the reception was in hurry and demanding fast payment to his mobile through phone pay.
When I came back to hyderabad and got myself re-eaxmined the doctor said there was no need of plaster and I could have been cured only through medicines and rest. unnecessary injections , calcium tablets were given. So overall a very bad experience. They just overcharge you . I would highly suggest not to visit.

Unclean pathetic room condition.
No water in taps.
Common washroom is in worst condition.
Doctors not punctual in visiting in-patient.
Room charges not par with the price and facilities.
No nursing service
No one available on emergency

Medicine price too high in hospital pharmacy

Good doctor. But in this Covid situation No precautionary measures against Covid in wating hall, X-ray room and physiotherapy room.
Physiotherapy room required proper cleaning.
