staffs as well as doctors were very kind and helpful. 5 stars for the housekeeping staffs. The one star i deducted for not having proper parking space in their premises and i faced this issue twice.

A good hospital with modern facilities, clean upkeep and decent workforce. The management is good and the team helpful.

It is an excellent hospital. There are world class health facilities. The patient was friendly with the doctors, nurses and other staff. The food was excellent too. I had brought my brother, when he reached here, his condition was very bad, today after 9 days he is going completely healthy.

left me waiting for hours, I came with my mother for the check up. Left me waiting since morning 12 to 5 at evening just for urine report. Terrible service.

Good hospital with multiple departments, all modern facility and good doctors.
But since they are a commercial establishment they will try to suck as much money from the patient as they can. The doctors I consulted with asked me to get the same test done which I already had in near past. Ultimately ended up paying more than ₹ 10K for the issue of acidity.
I would suggest only those patients to visit here who have a lot of money and are only satisfied with Brand names. For other regular patients this hospital might feel like too expensive !

Good team of doctors and support staff. The hospital is clean and well maintained.

However,It is impossible to figure out if the treatment being suggested is actually required or just a money minting tactic.

Other than that, the hospital is good. They have specialised teams for almost everything under the sun.

The infrastructure of hospital is very good.

Overall we got satisfied treatment.

I am giving this rating to draw kind attention of management on a mistake or blunder they have done. One of my friend visited to meet a patient at 7th floor. My friend has ICD implant. As he reached the 7th floor with lift guard has stopped him. There was a generator room and due to it effect my friend get started problem due to magnetic field. He started feeling problem and he ran towards stairs to avoid this magnetic effect. I don't know how a big hospital like this do such mistake. They should have a wall or something to stop the effect of magnetic effect of generator room.

Hospital is situated at a nice place. I found it neat and clean. Staffs were cooperative and we'll experienced doctors especially for gastro. Less crowd and spacious one.

Senior officials are well trained and good. But lower level staff needs proper training and coaching. Doctor should also advise proper lab test instead of ticking mark all checklist.

There should uniform information flow from one department to another
