Apollo Burn Hospital

This is a bad hospital. If one can afford treatment in Safdarjung Delhi then please do so. There staff are not trained properly for patient care and hygiene. This hospital does not have proper infrastructure.

My mother was admitted on 14th Nov on Diwali night. As per this hospital she had 80% burn injury but it seemed to me that she had 50% burn, My mother died on 21st Nov, 2020 early morning 6.25 am, all of a sudden, because of breathlessness within half an hour since hospital could not provided oxygen for good 25 minutes, since there was no nursing staff to be found for 5 minutes then doctor was not tracible another 5 minutes ( he as sleeping in a secluded place ) and then finally they did not have the oxygen pipe ready to deliver oxygen. In first place they did not bother to have the oxygen delivery mechanism ready in case of emergency. It took 15 minutes to get the oxygen pipe from medical store. All this while my mother suffocated and died. Till date I am not aware that what was the reason for my mother death. Was it cardiac arrest or what?

They don't have functional ICU. There attitude is very casual and they lack expertise and infrastructure to handle serious burn cases.

If your patient survives then its your luck and pure by god grace.

Not a place to get treatment.
Wrost place in Patna. Main motive is to make money that's all. Even the staff members are very bad. Even behaviour is not good. Also the medicine department is wrost part in the hospital. They want only cash. They don't accept card. They don't give receipt for medicine. Not recommended . Very bad experience.

My personal experience is so bad. Staff behaviour is so rude. They behave like a fully uneducated and unprofessional person. They don't deserve any Star. If you think to visit here don't come. It's my personal opinion.

Fraud Hospital !!! Pathetic management ! Cleanness is worst than government hospital. All the doctor and members are with false degree. They killed my mother. They are thugs. Only squeeze money from patients.

Service is very poor,when i came with burn patient no amy staff is coperative even no clinical care and medical care.

This is very bad hospital and treatment is not good ,staff behaviour is not good.

Worst hospital....not any maintenance, no hygiene, no facility...even pulse monitors didn't work properly....no care even in icu...attendant have to look after their patients.

I would request, whoever is reading the Comment, please don't go to this hospital for treatment if you have any other option. I recently lost my father due to carelessness of the hospital. They just know, how to loot money from your.. doctor, staff, everyone is pretty rude and will tell you full of lies.. if you have money, please go Delhi or any other place.
