Panchshila Hospital

One of a very kind hospital in Patna Area. Most of the treatments are available here and they have a unique system which cancels the medecine not used and give full refund.
A mid budget range hospital with all facilities required for proper functioning is here whether it be seater/sleeper rooms with toilet & washroom, kitchen, canteen, lift, ect.
A neat and tidy place to stay.
I'm impressed with it's hospitality and treatment.

All staff are very polite. All doctors are very good in behaviour and knowledgeable

Worst service no traffic of paitents only 3 or 4 by luck or lack of information about it so, don't go there , this nurshing home has not own doctors, doctor's list on counter is only for showcase.
They creat extra and useless chrages each and every moments.
Emergency charge 4k only for 10 minuts when you'll enter in hospital and meet a random doctors they named their room 'EMERGENCY'.
The paitent do not need of ICU & oxygen but they admit all in ICU and fix OXYGEN and charge 4k/per day.

The main reason for rating 1 star " doctor's consultation timing is not fix, sometimes they appear in morning 7:30am sometimes 1:30 in mid night.
They excuse and delay that's why you need to stay there one more day and getting extra charges for next day also.
In short my experience was very poor here. Nothing positive vibes.

Totally mismanaged hospital, no synch in between doctors and administration staff.
They have no clue where is the doctor and they lie bluntly on your face to gain the family confidence.
Seemed like a SCAM in the name of doctors.

Both management and staff of the hospital are slow and reckless to respond. I went to donate blood for a patient and at first they asked me to randomly wait for an hour or two. When I protested, they took my blood sample for testing. While I was waiting, the attendant mentioned that there is no blood bag and I will have to wait for it to arrive before donation. They had no idea how long it was going to take. After I raised questions, they asked me to go to a blood bank directly which was a few kms away.

Once I reached there, I was asked to produce the blood test sample and report which the hospital never gave me. My blood was again withdrawn there for testing after which I donated 1 unit successfully.

The entire experience was horrifying and I highly recommend not to visit this place as some unfortunate events are waiting to happen due to callousness of the staff.

I went to donate blood to an unknown patient out of kindness, but given the experience I had, it is really discouraging for someone who want to donate.

It is thugs of bihar. Very poor service. They focus only generate bills. No fascility availabe for good treatment. Do not go this hospital for treatment. I will give zero star but option is not available.

I want a full enquiry on all the working staff and the mamber belong to the hospital....please check the cctv futage of previous treatment....they only focus on money....please take a strong action against nand Kishor....
